Coming with both a great waterproof case, belt clip and the item itself this is thin, light but does its job wonderfully. Its made from thick enough plastics and weighty enough it should survive a drop or knock and with the casing is protected in use.Its a point and click device and has been working great in the garden around some refurbed decking where the odd screw and nail has caused damage to a lawnmower, being invaluable in its job.

Decent little pinpointer for the money, and works very well within its' quoted pecs.It comes with a plastic-wrapped PP3 battery already in the handle, so pretty much ready to go straight out of the box. The holster is nice little addition, as are the lanyard and plastic cover for the pinpointer itself.It goes through a self-calibration on power-up, so just have to make sure it's out of range of metal while it's doing this. There are various other basic settings also available through the single button, one of which is specific to using on the beach/wet sand.Neat little gadget to have handy, whether or not you're into detecting as a hobby (finding your lost keys in grass springs to mind!).Good stuff, and on a quality/value-for-money basis.... 5-Stars.
