I am very pleased with this laptop. It’s light, fast, and the screen and keyboard are very nice. It’s in almost new condition…better than I had hoped. This battery life is very good. I need a good battery life and this battery is so good I will not need to purchase a new battery. And it runs Linux Mint perfectly. I quickly reduced the size if the Win 11 partition and installed Linux Mint along side Win 11. All the function keys work perfectly. So does Face ID. I’ve now got a perfect laptop to run an occasional Win 11 program as well as all my Linux programs.

Excellent deal for this business class machine. Looked new out of the box. Mine arrived with a bad power brick but seller replaced immediately. Great seller, service and product.

We purchased this unit used directly from Amazon. I am a big fan of buying business-grade equipment used over new home-use... especially for college kids' computers, which this was. My boys toasted both of their Lenovo entry-level laptops (NOT ThinkPad quality), which isn't surprising because low-end laptops aren't made to be toted around and torqued by their screens constantly. We'll be buying used Dell going forward.

Very good product. Battery life could have been better but cant get everything for that price. Was listed as 444$ so decided to go for it. Feels new very nicely refurbished. Haven't been much since i bought it but very responsive. 32 gb ram with i7 12th gen, cant get any better than that in this prize. If you are everyday user and use it for basic stuff apart from gaming or editing go for it.

I never used the device but I assume it works great. However, the laptop in the picture has a built in smart card reader and the laptop I received did not.

I've had this laptop for several days now and couldn't be happier. Absolutely looks and functions as a brand new model at 2x the cost, and it's fast! I recently left my corporate job and returned a Latitude 5440 this week so bought this for my new personal laptop, and this 7430 is next level performance. 100% happy. FYI - I had purchased another refurbished 7430 (exact same as this one) 1 week ago and wasn't as happy with it, the trackpad was a little 'loose' and didn't function quite right, but it was quickly/easily returned and I ordered this one as the replacement. All that to say ... be flexible about refurbished models, but with easy return policy there's little risk and ultimately I now have a great laptop at significantly less than brand new price.

This refurbished laptop had a dead battery. I needed a laptop. Fortunately a local computer shop could diagnose the issue and replace the battery. I took a chance on a refurbished unit that was supposed to be fully functional. It was not.

Indeed, my experience began with a few challenges: the device arrived five days later than the advertised delivery date, despite having paid for expedited shipping. Upon unboxing, it required a complete reinstallation of the operating system to achieve stable performance. Additionally, the battery health registered only 67.56% maximum capacity—noticeably below the 80% stated in the product description. That said, I must commend the company's customer service, which was truly exceptional. When the included charger failed shortly after setup, I contacted support. They responded promptly, arranged for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost, and I received it quickly. This efficient handling significantly alleviated my concerns. Now that these matters have been resolved, the laptop is performing smoothly and reliably. While the initial hurdles were present—as anticipated with a refurbished unit—the outstanding post-purchase support has fully restored my confidence in the product and seller. I would recommend this option to potential buyers seeking value in a refurbished device, provided they are prepared for possible minor setup adjustments and can rely on excellent customer service.
