Big on gut and digestive health, added this to my rotation and so far it’s been great! It’s vegan and the flavoring is mild, was worried it would be over powering but it’s actually really nice. I use a small hand blender to mix it so that it dissolves but if you are on the go then you can pour into a bottle and shake. It does work, it helps aid natural bowel movement so you are not rushing to the bathroom instantly so don’t worry, but as you get older you just need a little extra to keep things regular.

Way over priced, doesn’t work at all. Metamucil works much better. Don’t waste your money!!!

An A+ (plus) for verity of useful ingredients. An F- (minus) on the taste. I feel I am being generous with 3 stars. But, this is just kne person’s opinion. Fiber drinks are going to be kind of thick. That’s a given. It’s got a taste in it that I just couldn’t get passed, even if I held my nose to drink it down. After two hard won gulps, I dump the drink down the sink and went back to the cheaper brand I found on line. There are another brand out there, and the one I ordered first because it was cheaper, is 4 grams instead of 5 grams of fiber. For one gram, I am going with what I can actually make myself drink.lolIt doesn’t exactly taste like the best fruit drink ever, and the consistency is a tad thicker than water, but is as least tasty enough for me to get it down.
