First of all, I love the prime shipping and everything that comes along with purchasing on Amazon, but even better is this product and it’s affects. It has had on my health after taking it for a while. All of my heartburn symptoms went away and I no longer had to take prescription medication to relieve the symptoms.This is a very healthy alternative to prescription medicine and I cannot recommend it enoughThank you multiforce

Started taking HydraAlka supplement a few days ago and my knees already feel better. During these cold months, my joints start to ache, this has been cut down considerably. And th taste is great!!

Many believe a less acidic body functions more effectively and an alkaline diet is associated with less chronic disease and better bone health. I'm a non medical person, but I believe there's substance to the theory. I'm middle aged and already have chronic nausea, headaches, weight gain, inflammation, back/joint pain and more issues. I eat broccoli and other alkaline foods, but I don't think I consume enough alkaline foods to offset my intake of acidic foods, like coffee, meat, bread, dairy, etc. While dietary changes (such as a daily kale smoothie) seem best to balance out the acid and will provide important nutrition too, getting to an optimal diet is a work in progress for me so I like taking Multiforce Alkalizing Multi Mineral powder.This Multiforce supplement consists of modest amounts of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and Vitamin C. Each serving also has 7 mg of stinging nettle leaves-which I've read has calcium, manganese, potassium and Vitamins A and C and can provide various health benefits. One serving does have 4 grams of sugar (equal to 1 teaspoon) and has mannitol, lactose, steviol glycosides and silicon dioxide. This is a one month supply and should be taken at night. I've used it for about two weeks so far and have had no adverse side effects and think this alkalizing supplement is good for my well being. While it could be a placebo effect or coincidence, my chronic nausea and headaches have diminished.I also find this easy to drink. Although the unflavored powder makes my water milky looking and is a tad chalky, it's almost tasteless and is so neutral that I find it easy drink. I can't judge the long the term effects, but I like the differences I feel so far and the potential of this supplement. Plus, I'm not aware of any harm by adding the minerals in this powder to my diet (though some may want to consult a doctor). I'll definitely continue this supplement and update if I notice any other health changes. For those looking for an alkalizing supplement, I think the unflavored powder is a really good choice. I rate this product 4 stars and may upgrade or adjust my rating after even longer term use.

Incredible value! And the taste? Out of this world!! I feel so much better after having this every morning. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

I use this product which does not work it makes my joints and muscles hurt more before using this stuff I threw it out DONE

It's too soon to say if I will get the results I am after but the taste is awful. Once I finish my bottle I won't buy this product again because I can't get beyond the taste. And I became constipated immediately after using it, and I don't know if it was just a crazy coincidence? Only time will tell
