Bacopa Monnieri Capsules 20% Bacosides 450mg, 90 Count (Non-GMO, Gluten Free) Brahmi Extract (Memory Supplement for Brain Health, Focus, and Cognitive Function) by Double Wood

I have been taking Bacopa (Brahmi) for the last 5 or so years. I have tried various brands like Himalaya, Doctor's Best, Pure Encapsulation etc. I also use CDP Choline from Double Wood supplements and love it. This time, I thought I would give Double Wood Bacopa a try and see how this one works . So i ordered it to see how it compares to my previous brands. All I can say is that I am very pleased with the quality, strength and potency of the product. It is indeed the pure extract of Bacopa and I feel its much more effective than the others brands I have tried. Its great on its own but I combine it with Double Wood CDP-Choline on demanding days and everything gets done without any stress. I believe my mental faculties are getting better across the board. Word recall, focus, clarity of mind and specially memory has been improving steadily. I think i will now stick with this company as long as they keep their price, quantity and quality nicely competitive!

I was skeptical at first since it does take time to begin working, however after about a month of taking it I can honestly say I noticed a significant increase in my memory and cognitive function. I've never had any memory or cognitive issues to begin with. The best way to describe how I felt after about a month is that I was just sharper and achieved a next level of clarity in my personal and professional life that I haven't had before. I can also say that I 100% felt less stressed after about a month as well. Little things that used to bother me or I that I used to ponder on simply rolled right off my shoulder and I never thought twice about them. As others have said you have to give it time to take effect, for me about a month, however this truly is a great supplement that has had a positive impact on my daily life. Very happy!

This is the best natural product I've ever found that really works. I have a very high stress job, this product was able to keep me from crying all the time. I am able to handle most situations without the tears. More focused on solving than crying. That may not mean a lot to most of you but that was my defense mechanism. I love my job, I wanted something besides xanax to help deal this stuff really works. I have been taking it once a day. I am still working on hoping that with more time it will help with my sleep issues. I have seen some improvement in memory, but can only assume with more time it will also help that more. LOVE. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

Made with the leaves (not whole plant) my body doesn't like the ones that use while plant makes me unusally drowsy. It took a while to find another just made from leaves version but im glad I did. This is one if my favorite supplments for mental clarity and focus. Bacopa also has a weird side efffect... something you wouldnt expect but ive dd it and experienced it. If you are one of those people where people just treat you awful all the time take this supplment (atleast 3 a day everyday) you will notice that peoples attitude towards you changes. Its weird and bizarre and sounds crazy, i swear its true. Its as if people see you in a completely different light, but no more rudeness or passive agressiveness from strangers (even people you see everyday). This doesnt even explain it well... you kind of have to experience it for yourself. I will always take bacopa just for the mental enhancement regardless. This one doesnt make me drowsy (i had to find anew brand as the brand i was buying was getting harder to find in stock) so glad double wood makes one with just the leaves as double wood is a brand i use and trust. Capsule is regular sized and easy to swallow, sloght earthy smell to it but its a ground up plant it should smell earthy)

I was interested in purchasing this for its ability to enhance memory, focus, etc. I received it today and followed the instructions of taking 1 pill with food. No upset stomach, no nausea, nothing magical happened. :) However, it DID put me to sleep. I am not sure if this is because it also lowers the blood pressure a little bit, or if it is because it is a natural relaxant and "Stress reducer". It seems that it reduced stress in me by putting me into the sheets and knocking me out. :D I did NOT feel anything when I took it like strong focus, fixed focus, or anything that a "ADHD" or ADD type of pill would make a person feel. It just simply put me to sleep for about 5 hours. If your body is sensitive to everything you put into it, like mine is, you may want to take this at night before you plan to go to bed. As far as the whole memory, focus, and attention claims it provides, it has only been one day of me taking this. I will have to come back in and write a new review or up date this one after I have given this supplement a fair chance and evaluated it on several logical and medical levels. I'm very pleased with these Bacopa Extract capsules. I decided to try bacopa after reading that it's used to improve cognitive function in people with dementia. Having tried other herbal nootropics, I wasn't truly expecting a strong effect. From the first day of taking this product, however, I noticed that my thought processes -- especially problem-solving and making connections -- seemed quicker, and my has memory improved. I haven't noticed a huge difference in mood, but I take an SSRI, so YMMV. I've been taking bacopa as directed on the bottle (one capsule in the morning, with food) for 5 months now, with a break of about a week between the first and second bottle, and I intend to keep using it. Great product!

Hi bought it a week ago. Instantly after 3 days of use i could see a complete calmness in my life. Throughout the day i could feel calm and work even though there is a huge work pressure and stress. I'm able to focus bit more than usual. I'm also taking zhou nootropic with this. Probably it could also be the reason for my focus and calmness. I would be updating this after a month of usage. Disadvantages I'm facing is bit of coldness and headache. Let me see if this keeps occurring.
