Castle Combo surprised me in all the best ways! It hits all the right notes for a weeknight game - plays in under 30 minutes with 2 - 3 people, sets up in a few minutes, and offers interesting but not brain melting choices. At first glance, I thought Castle Combo might be too simple or luck based, and I overlooked it. Now that I've given it 15+ plays, I've found it to be a very well balanced game with multiple viable strategies and appropriate options to mitigate the luck of the draw. Pros: * Plays in 30 minutes * Easy to set up * Lots of different strategies and combos * Makes you think but rarely get stuck in analysis paralysis * Is fun for experienced and new board gamers Cons: * The theme isn't essential to the game play

Easily one of our favorite games as a couple! It is unique and has wonderful replayability! It is small enough to throw into a purse/backpack and take with you to a park. The cards have a nice thickness to them and do not bend easily. The speed of the game depends on your playing partners... My husband is very competitive and will think through all the moves on his turn so it may take us 40 minutes!

Absolutely love this game, it’s my first card building game and it’s super easy to learn and fun to play over and over again. The art is funny and the names match too. Speed of the game can vary prob an hr for the first game then goes down once you know how to play. Definitely worth it play it a lot super fun

Bought this to play with my young son. The components are high quality and have definitely stood up to many, many games. The game is a ton of fun to play for all ages - it's quick to learn, quick to play, and fun for the whole family. Given the replay value, it is definitely worth the price of admission.

This was an easy game to pull out and learn. It's play time is short. Best with 3-4 players. The art is fun. Excellent quality pieces. Nice and thick. Played with my 3 teenagers.

This is a fun game that is easy to pick-up and not a long play through. We played it multiple times when we first learned and taught family members quickly over the Christmas holiday which they too enjoyed the game. Once you learn what each cards special action is it is quite easy to facilitate turns.

Really fun especially with two players! I am always looking for games to play with my wife and this game is simple yet has a lot of strategy that can be applied. There are enough cards as well so each play through feels very different!

Love castle combo. Although it might seem daunting at first, its actually quite an easy game to learn and understand. The stratetic management of short-term/long-term benefit is SO satisfying. The game mechanics are simple enough to understand but add layers to the game as you play. The game components are of good quality, nice study cardboard pieces and quality card stock. All around very good product.
