I retired in 2004 to care for both of my parents ... so they could remain in their own home. We got to the point where bed protection was needed. I primarily used the cloth protection covers that needed to be washed, and they were good. However, had I known about the Brosive I would have used these ... hands down. A care-giver has enough to do without having to deal with additional laundry. I had tried several different disposable bed pads ... but did not find any that were acceptable. At the end of my mother's life I was desperately trying different disposable pads because Mom was 100% bedridden. She had a bad fall in early October 2019. When I brought her home from the hospital she was entered into Hospice. To my surprise, the Hospice did not use disposable pads. Seriously? ... that's when you really need them! They wouldn't even use the washable bed pads. Instead, they used a folded sheet. When I would have to change my mother these these sheets would get wadded up underneath her. So, at my own expense, I began ordering different disposable pads in my attempt to make her as comfortable as possible. Mom was not a big woman. She held her weight until the end ... going from 134 pounds to 116 pounds. After her fall she refused to eat much and dropped even more. I lost Mom in January 2020. Still, there is another member of the household that needs disposable bed pads! My mother adopted a rescue cat. She had been abused by her previous owner and is partially paralyzed. My mother's heart melted and she adopted her. Now, she's mine. It is a long story ... suffice it to say that because of the abuse she has difficulty using a litter box and prefers using bed pads instead. I finally settled on one brand of pads for her but stopped my auto-delivery because the price sky-rocketed after Covid hit. So I tried three new disposable bed pads. In short, these are perfect. As anyone who has a cat knows ... they dig in their litter boxes. Other disposable pads just didn't hold up ... but these do. It is hard to know what pads to order on-line. They all look the same ... and make the same claims. These pads are nice and thick ... and absorb very well. The packaging on these pads is exceptional. All other pads I've tried come in a box. So if you order 100 you get a box with four packages of 25 pads wrapped in thin plastic. Not these! These come in a nice bag, that opens easily. Additionally, these have a nice carrying handle. This helps me on so many levels. I won't mind buying ahead because they will be easier to carry, move, store, etc. I am so tired of brown boxes. I always think I'll remember what is in them, but I don't. The packaging will make wherever I decide to store these easy to find. Personally, I don't think you'll find another pad that you would happier with. There is one that comes close ... if you want it in a brown box. Also, these pads come in different sizes ... which is very nice. I did not receive free samples of this product. I was lucky enough to find them on my own. My only concern is that when I find something I really like the price goes way up. For instance the disposable gloves I always ordered went from $8.94 to $26.95! So I hope the price of these stay reasonable. Otherwise I'll be looking again ... and I don't want to do that!

FINALLY!! I've been trying to find THICK and absorbent pads, and although many claim to be 'super absorbent' they are paper thin and terrible quality. THESE ARE PERFECT! They are large and most of all -they are thick!! I use them for lining our birds cage, and for our senior dog. I will definitely buy again! [The attached photo is from the seller's ad.]

I've used lots of these in my day, with bedridden humans and pets. These are the best I've found lately, and well priced. They are sturdy but not too stiff, and they hold a lot. Most recently we used them under litter boxes with a sick kitty, who produced a lot more urine than normal and would go right on the pad. These always trapped it and never soaked through.

We used these pads for the final few months of our sweet dog's life. ♡ The pads are strong enough to slip out from under our shepherd when she would wet or soil in her sleep. Her back end has been disabled for a bit over a year now and these helped prolong her life by making it possible to tolerate the occasional bed accident. They are soft and strong and sometimes held an entire night of urine when our sweet dog slept through without alerting us to go out. Perfect for what we needed and softer, tear-proof, and more sturdy than some of the other pads. Thanks for a good quality product that reduced the amount of work to care for our loved one.

Bought by my sister as she have heavy periods. Her bed is twin size and the chux/pad is exactly fit as the bed size. Not adhesive but not an issue as it does not roll and stays in place. In fact, she still use it for the next 3-4 days as it is thick and durable, if did not leak. YES, she got leaked but need not to show in the picture. It absorbs the liquid and It does not stain/wet the bed at all. The same goes for my nephew (4 yrs old). When my other sister visit with her family, we use the pad at night time to cover the bed to protect and avoid wetting the bed.

I bought these blue pads to use under the fitted sheet for my husband who had a double nephrostomy. We are battling leakage of his tubes at the entry site. They are slightly larger than what I found locally and stay in place under the sheet. They do not stay in place on top of the sheet but do a terrific job under the sheet. They eliminate the probablem of washing sheet and mattress pad.

Really liked these with my spinal cord injury for their absorbency and durability, but lately it seems like the top layer has been flipped over so it sticks to me instead of the middle layer and edges of the bottom layer. Then the middle layer shreds and becomes just fluff between the 2 film layers. Haven't had a "big accident" yet, but I do worry a bit over it. Not really well able to clean up the fluff.
