Puritan's PrideDouble Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil 1200 Mg, 180 Count

It REALLY works! I used it in 4 of my dogs. In three of them (Jerry, 12 years old, and Jr & Schatz, 9 years old), due to altered lipidic blood values and high cholesterol, due to several issues. The other one, Scott, 13 years old, for general wellbeing and heart and inmune support as he's old but active as a puppy!. After 50 days we tested them (the initial 3) again (that's why I didn't review this and other products sooner: wanted to make sure about their effectiveness): Jerry has improoved A LOT! He still needs to continue treatment, as he turned out to be Hipothyroid (cause of hyperlipidemia), but among other improovements his appetite is normal again, his stamina too! Jr did good too but yet still needs Omega and in higher doses (Vet believes could be due to Cushing's as tested negative for Hipothyroidism). Schatz has even better hair and skin :) Scott is pooping nicer than ever, and I will continue giving them this product for life! Trully recommend it; though could have more DHA and EPA mgs in each capsule for a 1200mg formula, it was and still is a KEY INGREDIENT for optimum health, and never caused any bad reaction. This double strength Omega-3 supplement I use twice daily (as indicated by the directions on the bottle) and I did originally purchase this product through Puritan Pride. Recently I was running low of this supplement and was gratified to find that Amazon.com also had it available which included an additional bottle (sold as a 2 pack). How great can any day be when you see other people enjoy what you enjoy. It's on the list of medications and supplements I am taking that my cardiologist's office requires me to give them and it makes good sense to take them too since it's apparently good for your heart. I can tell the difference when I take them or not. One can order directly from Puritan Pride but I am staying connected to Amazon.com since it is fairly direct for me to be inclusive when I put in an order. As a retired person I work hard to save as many steps and monies possible but always appreciate the value of the products too one way or the other.
