Tons of support and very comfortable
Tons of support and very structured -- exactly what I was looking for as my wrist recovers but I still need to perform daily activities. The straps around the brace allow me to tighten or loosen accordingly. I'd pay attention to sizing charts -- I got a medium, but it's definitely a little too loose around my wrist and I have to tighten the straps to the maximum level.

Easy To Put On and Sturdy
As I've gotten older, I've had a few issues in my wrists from past injuries, so I will occasionally wear a heavy-duty brace when they get to aching. I have a really good one that I love but it restricts my ability to do other things when I have it on. Therefore, I only wear it at night or during the evening when I'm watching TV or reading. I've tried out a few that are supposed to allow freedom of movement in your fingers to get things done while wearing it, but they didn't do the job. This one works great! It is easy to put on and sturdy, providing good support for my wrist while leaving my fingers free to type or hold a pen or pot handle or broom so I can cook, do chores, and work freely without restriction. The fabric is comfortable and it has a slightly flexible shaft instead of a metal one, so it still provides good support during all those daytime activities. The only reason for my downgrade is that the thumb hole gets a bit uncomfortable after wearing it for awhile. It'd been better if it had been cut oval instead of round or if the seam hit at the base of the thumb on the outside instead of the tender skin between the thumb and forefinger. I've adjusted it several different ways, but it always works its way back into that sensitive spot.Otherwise, this is the best of the ones I've used for freedom of movement in the fingers yet providing good support as needed. One and a-half thumbs up!

Works well
This is a great brace. Nice plate to keep your wrist nice and straight. The straps keep it secure as loose or as tight as you want it. Very comfortable.

Good wrist brace.. could use little more cushioning around plate
This wrist brace as described and shown in product pictures. It is right size to help with wrist pain and controlling movement to help healing process. Easy to put on and ability to get desired amount of compression with use of velcro straps. The area around palm is nicely padded to provide soft feeling and comfort. Would have preferred bit more cushion all around the wrist and particularly around the plate at bottom part of brace to not feel plate when used for extended period of time.

Pay Attention To Their Size Measurements
I periodically wrench a wrist - most frequently the dominant right hand, of course. So I do already have some wrist braces, but all have hard splints in them and most prevent certain types of movement that I was hoping that this brace would allow. At the time that I ordered this item, I had a choice of small or x-large. I thought the x-large wouldn't be too far off the size, but it turned out to be far bigger than I expected from the measurements included on the product page. Based on the product page's measurements, I had expected to use a large. Now I'm wondering if a medium would have fit best (if either had been available at the time). These braces are not interchangeable between hands - the ceramic piece at the inside of the wrist allows it to be used only on the one hand for which it was designed. There are 2 stretchy straps that use velcro to close the brace at a tightness where it is comfortable on your hand/arm - which is great if you end up with swelling in the affected hand/arm. No having to run to the store for a larger brace! A hole for the thumb also helps to keep the brace in place. The inside is not scratchy like many wrist braces that I've used in the past. There is also a piece of fabric between your wrist/arm and the area where it closes with the overlap. In other braces, that closure area has left imprints on and ridges in my skin - no worries about that with this brace.Even with this being large on me and having extra material in the palm area as well as being heavy on my arm, my fingers can easily move. This allows me to pick up items and would likely allow me to do some cross-stitching activity.I have another brace that will allow me to do a modified version of cross-stitching activity, so I'm going to see if one of my neighbors will try out this size and see how it works on their larger hand.

sturdy support
This splint is easy to put on and it is easy to adjust. The hook and loop closures are thick and stretchy and grip well so it stayed put all day while I went about my work. This is a sturdy, heavy duty protective brace that seems easy to clean (the tag says machine wash cold.) It wasn't too hot to wear outdoors on a summer day. I am right handed and it was a little hard to hold a pen and write, but I had no trouble typing on my non-ergonomic keyboard.

Works Perfectly to Immobilize My Wrist
This is a well made wrist brace that fits perfect. It immobilizes my wrist comfortably.

Provides compression
This brace provides compression, but does not completely prevent my wrist from bending. The end of the splint presses right against the bottom of my palm which is kind of uncomfortable. The brace is sewn well and appears to be good quality.
