Partly working
The moka pot part occasionally doesn't recognize that the pot is at it's place. There is no issue with even surface, debris, placement or anything that could cause it. It should be sensor. Amazon support states they can't get in touch with manufacturer and after providing me with the steps how to make coffee elsewhere suggested me to get in touch with manufacturer myself. To be honest, I am not eager to call abroad for that reason. They kinda have chat on website and I tried it, never got anywhere further than automatic product details. 3 stars because the coffee is really not bad if you are lucky to get the machine working.
