These Horiznext 3" long 3/8" wide wedge anchor bolts are made of galvanized carbon steel and expand to tighten in concrete holes, like a concrete slab or sidewalk. You just drill a hole the appropriate size and then insert the bolt and when you tighten it, the bottom expands in kind of a wedge shape which locks it into place. We have used these bolts to secure rows of pallet racking and railing around our warehouse facility and they work great for that kind of thing. The only concern I have about these anchor bolts is I can't find the maximum compressive strength or other specifications. Even our pallet racking is lightweight by most standards (our pallets are only a few hundred pounds max) so I'm not really worried about it for my personal use case but if I was using these to install something structural that was heavy, I would want to know the detailed specifications for concrete compressive strength and appropriate torque to apply for the depth and diameter of each bolt size. That is something that is usually available for these types of bolts and you might be able to search the web and find it, but it should really be available easily even if it was a pdf link or something. Overall, they work well for my use case and I'm happy with them. If you need them for a more heavy duty use case then I would recommend looking around or contacting the manufacturer for the detailed specifications document.

Does the job they are intended for, so no complaints.

J'ai reçu cette ensemble d'ancrage mécanique galvanisé de 5/8" de diamètre. Ceux ci sont accompagnés écrou et de rondelle. Le manchons qui se dilate n'est pas galvanisé. L'ancrage fonctionne bien si vous faite bien installation soit de percé a bonne profondeur minimums et de soufflé le trou afin de retirer la poussière. Visuellement il ressemble a de même ancrages comme les marques connus dewalt et Ucan J'aurai aimer avoir une charte avec les spécifications de force de traction et de cisaillement de ancrages afin de voir si ceux ci sont bien adapter selon les types de projets.

Lots of anchors in this package and they seem to be working just as well as any other wedge anchor I've used previously. Personally, I'm not a fan of wedge anchors like these, but that isn't a fault of these ones. Good option if you need them.

Drill a hole that is snug for the anchors to go in. Tap the anchors into the hole gently. Then tighten the nut to lift the wedge and expand the anchor in concrete.
