Gets one of my picky eaters to eat
I have a pony mare that has to get meds in her feed sometimes, but she is not very enthusiastic about eating when she does. She loves real molasses but it has too much sugar for her. This is a good compromise and gets her to eat her feed without causing her to have sugar issues.I was hoping it would work with my picky IR donkey gelding as well, but nothing works on that guy! So this isn't a miracle product, but it does help with some. You'll just have to try it on your own individual animals and see how they like it.

Perfect for picky horses.
This stuff works wonders for picky horses. I love that it contains natural ingredients, and is sweetened with stevia. It is clear in color. Works well for medications, or just to supplement a horses diet.

Smells like cough syrup
Unfortunately my pony thought it tasted as badly as it smelled and now finds her low carb grain alternative even less palatable. Unless she has a sudden change of heart we will not be repurchasing. Other horses/ponies may still like it. Just not mine.

The best way to charm a picky eater!
This stuff is a life saver if you have medication to get into a picky eater! It comes in other flavors but I use peppermint. Less mess, less expense, less plastic to recycle (from multiple applesauce jars) and so easy!

Not for people
I selected this item too quickly, based on it being listed under "grocery and gourmet food" and without reading past "molasses" and "sugar-free". It's for horses, not humans.

great product
this helped my horse take her trazodone medicine while on stall rest. I tried SEVERAl methods and they all failed. after her pills are ground up, I mix them with this peppermint paste and put in a syringe. all of difficult issues were solved. I am thankful something like this is on the market!

Receive damage package, and apparently no returns
Product arrived damaged. Cap busted, security barrier open, and much of liquid leaked out. And the items not eligible for return. Don’t know if the product works
