This item is a small portable manual multi head roller device for cryotherapy (cold therapy). The device has two heads to use, a 'w' and a 'v' version. I use the 'w' for flatter areas like my face or back. While I use the 'v' version for more curved areas like up and down my arms or legs. To change the head type, you just pop off the current head and turn it around and insert the opposite end to get the other roller head exposed. The device also comes with a head cover so it stays clean when you wish to transport or store it. To benefit from the device you just need to pop it in the freezer for 15 to 30 minutes and then use it to go over the area of skin being addressed. You can use it on the face, neck, shoulder and many other areas of the body. Recently I had some pain in my upper arm. It only hurt when I would hold my arm out and push an object outward. Push the arm inward was not problem. Anyhow I used the roller several times that night and it really helped. All I know the next day the pain was far less and after a few more sessions I was almost back to normal. I've also used the device for cold massages in general including to work on reducing bags under the eyes. The roller is compact and easy to use and transport. The price point is really good. Overall, a great tool to have for regular cold therapy or just those times you need cold support.

I enjoy using this ice roller after a night of eating salty foods, drinking, or even crying. Basically, any situation that might cause your face to puff up and retain water can be smoothed over with a little ice therapy and massage. This roller is easy to store, as it comes with a little cover, so it is protected in the freezer. It is also easy to use and glide on the skin.

This is a great ice roller. I have tried a bunch of them, and I love the way this one feels on my face. It’s so relaxing! I particularly like the feeling of it over my eyes. If you don’t have one of these, I recommend it!

This facial ice roller is easy to keep in the freezer and ready to use. There is a lid to cover the roller when not in use to keep it clean which I really like. This rolls easily over my face and feels great. It is very relaxing and reduces some of the puffiness. The best part is this is easy to clean.

I love the ridges this tool has, I just stuck it in my freezer and it was ready to go! Depuffing is pretty decent, not the best ice roller ever because I could see some people not liking how many ridges it has as opposed to a flat one but I personally enjoyed it. 8/10

It's the perfect size. Doesn't take up much room in the freezer but it's easy to hold, and it really does help me relax and help my face feel less hot and swollen. It's easier and safer than ice packs, and the double sided thing is cute since it was still going to be this size anyway so you could hold it. There is occasionally a little moisture buildup after use that turns into ice, but not as much as other face cooling tools I've used and it's easy to wipe off.

I keep this in the top drawer of our freezer and use it often. It doesn't take up much room. I love that the roller has a cover that keeps it clean in the freezer and there's no melty mess to deal with. It's always a little shocking when I first touch it to my face but then it feels amazing, and my face "craves" it, it that makes sense. The roller moves smoothly and it's very easy and ergonomic to hold. The lid snaps on snugly so It won't fall off, but it's also easy to remove. I definitely notice a reduction in puffiness after using this and I suspect its wonderful for lymphatic drainage. Such a simple thing and it really works!
