I've been taking these for a while now, the dosage of five thousand milligrams of Creatine Monohydrate help ensure muscle recovery as a I reach middle age. I like that they have a sugar free option that is tasty, and that Kaoxnu has great variety of flavors. One hundred twenty gummies is a good amount for the price.

These are easy and the taste and texture are amazing.
These are very good, the flavors are great and the texture is very good. They are easy to take with you, just throw them in your gym bag and you won’t forget to take them. Gummies are mobile, the powder is “wait to get home and then remember to make it then drink it.” My favorite flavor is the blueberry.

Eat these for optimal health
My wife and I have been taking this creatine monohydrate for a couple of months for muscle recovery and to try to keep our cognitive health as we are in our 50’s and have heard that this is good for you. The blueberry flavor is awesome. Very easy to chew and does not mess with any dental work. I would def recommend these gummies.

So they changed the formula. It tastes really bad now and now you have to eat 4 instead of 2 but the price and the amount sold is the same. So you're essentially getting a worse product for 2x the cost.

This product is great! Makes taking creatine easier for those of us who don’t want to carry around powders and shaker all day and wash a bunch of shaker cups. It works better if taken after a workout.
