I bought this person for my birthday and I absolutely love it it's pretty it's soft it's not real leather but it'll do it looks like real leather it doesn't have a smell to it like a plastic smell or anything it doesn't have that it's nice it's good quality and I can't wait to buy another one in a different color

I needed a bigger purse that had a lot of room in it! This purse was definitely it because it’s got a bunch of pockets. Definitely worth the money!

Love the large bag and all the pockets and zippers but the zippers get snagged easily and this one finally broke. It’s past my return period so I’m stuck with a broken purse. The price was awesome and the quality was really good. I’ve spilled inside it more than once on accident and it seems to be water proof on the inside. Great value but upset about the zipper

I bought this purse for my mother because her purse was way too small. This purse is a good price and it looks more expensive than the price I paid. It comes with a little coin purse inside and a longer strap if you want to use it.Decent product for the price.

When the set (in gray) arrived, I was happy with my purchase. However, on the first trip I took with the tote, the clasp on the crossbody strap snapped while I was walking on the streets of NYC (see pics). At first, I was annoyed that the tote's shoulder strap could not be removed, but when the crossbody strap clasp snapped, I was happy to have the backup strap for use. Unfortunately, due to the broken strap, this rendered the smaller purse unusable because they only send you one crossbody strap to use between the tote and purse. Two crossbody straps should come with your purchase.Left feedback for seller on product defect, no response received as of this post.Likes:- purse is great size and what I was looking for, not ginormous but not tiny weeny either.- tote is a great size for carryon plane travel, fits 24 oz water bottle, wallet, tablet, extra chargers, snacks, 2 pairs of glasses, keys and other small essentials you want to keep close on flights.- gray color is true to pic, and the material is soft to the touchDislikes:- durabilty/quality of crossbody strap needs improvement- customer service needs to be more responsive- one crossbody strap shared across tote and purse, two should really be provided- wallet is for cards only, no compartment for cash/change

I has plenty of pockets and storage capacity. I love the color and feel of the purses material. It's not thin, so definitely durable. I love this purse. And I don't regret my purchase of this item.

The zipper broke right away. Super frustrated that I spent money on it. I’ve had it only a few months and the zipper problem started not long after the purchase. The teeth on the zipper didn’t line up and after you get it zipped (after trying for some time) the purse splits open.
