McFarlane Toys - DC Multiverse Batman with Bat-Glider (The Thirteenth Hour) Gold Label 7in Action Figure

I received this Christmas of 2024 and when I tour the box open, I was really surprised. My first thought is where am I going to put this beautiful figure set. It is now over a half year later and I took it out of the Amazon shipping box. I did have to buy a bookshelf for other figures, so not a huge deal. I just need it out of the box for displaying it. I really don't believe it will fit, if it does it will be sticking out. But enough of that already, I just might have to put on the very top of the bookcase. Besides all that, let's jump right into it, after removing it from box and after looking at this set, I must say it well made and pretty wide. The detail and paint work is just mind blowing, I might just have to hang it from the ceiling close to bookcase. I mean it is ment to see batman and glider higher up than eye level. Is it worth it? It absolutely is, add it to DC or Batman collection, just be sure and the space as it is pretty long.

The articulation is slightly less limited than your normal Mcfarlane DC Multiverse figures. But it's still a great looking figure.

Mcfarlane Batman The thirteenth hour figure is the final new Batman release for the year 2024 and is easily the best bat-figure they've released in 12 months. The glider fits perfectly on Batman's new chest armor with painted straps, and the inclusion of a wired cloth cape lets this figure look even more airborne. He comes with a single batarang and grapple qun, but the real star here...is the box? I don't recall the last time Mcfarlane used a slip style case for the packaging. Not to mention the inside of the box makes a solid backdrop plus it includes a basic flight stand that also has a plastic city photo as a giant plate to add additional sturdiness to the giant wingspan. As for the negatives; The glider doesn't bend or fold its wings, meaning what you see is how you'll get it. The handles for the wings are somewhat fragile, so use caution when placing them on Bruce's hands. I wish Mcfarlane had created a better flight stand for him as opposed to using the same clear one they've given us for the past 3 years. I hate giving such praise to a company that doesn't always give the fans 100%, but this release looks so good on display. It's hard to complain and all at a fair price. This is one of the better comic Batman figures from the McFarlane DC Multiverse line. The articulation is great along with the accessories and cloth cape. The glider works well and the figure comes with a great diorama backdrop. The face is a little stylized and looks like Greg Capullo's art. The figure itself is a reuse of an earlier batman figure with different paint apps, but it still works well and the added cloth / wire cape is great for posing.

Very nice concept, the bat glider fit perfect with the figure. The Batman figure use the Batman Rebirth body and it has wire cape, looks very good.

I really like this set, heaps of fun. To be honest though, without the 50% discount I received I couldn't imagine paying full price. If you can get it at a reasonable rate I recommend considering purchasing it.

Belle figurine avec nombreux accessoires et très beau head sculpt de ce superbe Batman, cependant toujours des soucis avec Amazon qui ne protège pas correctement ses articles, la boîte est arrivée toute cabossée...
