Well, it’s gotten to the point where I can’t believe most of the sales materials I read. Guess what? This worked as advertised except I found it to be a bit quicker than some of the videos reflected. It certainly us not instantaneous, but it’s quick.

Works good on iPhone 16 Pro Max and 17 Pro Max so far. Holds a lot of photos, videos and contacts. I would recommend.

⭐ 1 out of 5 — The Worst Customer Service I’ve Experienced I purchased a SanDisk memory drive (USB-C version) through Amazon, and what followed has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences of my life. Within just a few days of use, the drive failed completely. I contacted SanDisk customer support — which is a subsidiary of Western Digital — expecting a straightforward replacement process. Instead, I was dragged through five months of delays, repetitive emails, missed phone calls, and meaningless requests for information that SanDisk already had in their system. Despite explaining multiple times that I was using an iPhone 16 with a USB-C adapter, they sent me a replacement drive with an outdated Lightning connector — which was completely incompatible. It became abundantly clear that their representatives don’t understand the very products their company manufactures. Even after finally returning the defective drive as they requested, I still have not received a functional replacement. Instead, I’ve been subjected to more stalling tactics, like being asked to send photos of products they themselves shipped and more pointless back-and-forth communication. This is not just bad service — it's negligent and disrespectful of customers' time and trust. SanDisk (Western Digital) may once have been a reliable name in storage, but based on this experience, I can’t in good conscience recommend anyone purchase their products. Avoid this company at all costs.

This little item is a powerhouse and works like a dream.

I was a little uneasy that I had to download an app on my phone to use this, but after reading the other reviews, decided to try it. The app makes using this very easy, even for someone as "non-techie" as I am. Now I've taken all the pictures off my phone and laptop and stored them on this drive. Great value and fast shipping - I would definitely recommend this.

Mon mari et moi avons des téléphones différents — lui a un Android et moi un iPhone — donc ce n’est jamais très pratique d’échanger nos photos quand nous voyageons.
