Gives me a lot of energy. Works much better then coffee for me. And the feeling last all day . not just a few hours & then your tired again & need another cup. But i add it to a bottle of water once a day sometimes 2 times a day if im going to the gym that day and it works for me . a big help with me loosing weight.

I love this stuff. I take it when I'm tired and have somewhere to go. It wakes me up and gives me the energy I need and does not keep me up at night if I take it in the evening.I make sure I always have this in the house. It also inhibits your appetite if you want to use it for weight loss. It's great to take before you go to a dinner buffet.

I was glad to find this available here, as it was much cheaper than buying from a distributor. The taste is good, and it doesn't take much to make a glass of it. It's good either cold or hot. I can't/won't take energy supplements that have toxic chemicals in them. This is an all natural product that will not harm you.
