KaesoHot Cloth Cleanser for Face and Neck, Black Pepper/Pomegranate 195 ml

This hot cloth cleanser has a good, smooth texture and is the right consistency - thick enough to work properly and massage into the face but also light enough to spread smoothly and easily. It dissolves dirt and makeup easily and I found it gentle and non-irritating while also being effective. It comes off nicely with a hot, damp cloth and doesn't leave any greasy residue, and I think it has a nice, brightening effect. It comes with a muslin cloth which is perfectly nice to use, but I personally always prefer to use my own terrycloth flannels for hot cloth cleansing. I feel that the product itself is comparable to Liz Earle, but it's cheaper and better value.My only complaint is that the pump is a bit fiddly. It took me ages to 'unlock' it and when I did manage it it then fell to bits and had to be reassembled. It works OK but now can't be re-locked, so I won't able to take this cleanser on holiday - this is a bit annoying. So, in short, great product but the packaging was a bit shoddy.

I find this just as good as the other well known hot cloth cleanser I have used for a few years but is a bit expensive (LE).

Easily as good as Liz Earle... use it for cleansing and shaving - works great and is less expensive.

skinfeels clean after use

This is a lovely cleanser.Gentle on my sensitive skin.I have tried other facial cleansers from kaeso, but for some reason they just irritated my skin, even the one for calming.After using it, my face felt really clean, soft, smooth, and polished.I found that my serum worked into my skin really well after that.I also used the cloth that came with the cleanser.I do hope my skin continues to like this cleanser, as I have not had much luck.Overall I love nearly all the Kaeso product range, and have been sharing my experience with family and friends.

Bought this as I ran out of Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser and thought I'd give this a try. A very pleasant surprise! The texture and even the smell is not that different to the Liz Earle one but at a much lower cost. I also like the pump dispenser. The actual cleanser itself is nice and creamy, spreads nicely and does a good job of removing dirt. I cannot comment on how effective it is at removing make up as I don't wear any apart from the odd bit of eyeliner and it removes this nicely and does not sting your eyes. Overall very impressed with the results. Am now tempted to try some of their other products.

There was no warmth with this product, it's quite heavy and not sheer. Definitely not a match for Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser. Scent was bland and not refreshing. Added to that (as in other reviews) the pump did not work. Won't buy again. Overpriced for the quality.
