These ice bags are perfect for our cold plunge tub - they make the water in the tub cold, which helps with muscle soreness and fatigue. They save time and money because I don't have to keep making and using our ice cubes or having to run to the gas station to buy ice. They are easy to store away since they fold, and easy to carry due to the handle. They hold a lot of water and the material seems to be durable. We have not experienced any leakage. They are very user friendly - just fill, freeze and go!

Pretty decent had a rip in one of the bags early on. It doesn't really cool things down.Because they are so huge and bulky, it would take hours to actually cool water.

Like a bunch of other purchasers I had these bags start leaking water due to flimsy construction and/or design. I don’t know if I got five plunges before I had to throw them away. I found some one gallon water jugs I got from the grocery store were thick and durable and had screw on lids instead of those pop-ons, like some milk jugs. Anyway the water jugs have been so much better for durability and also seemed to get the water cooler. Save your money and don’t buy these garbage bags.

These ice bath bags are great for your plunge bath. The product works as described and the ice retention is great. They fit well in the plunge bath and are very durable. They are easy to use and leak proof. They are a good value for your money.

The bags rip easy. You have to be super careful with them. They ripped after about a dozen uses. If you intend to use them for a cold plunge, know that they're designed in a way that they don't fully release a lot of the coolness. They're so big, they trap the cold in the center.
