Product Needs A Manual
Since I'm at a remote location, it took me some time to get my hands on the product finally...Initially, the system just wouldn't work.The motor wasn't pulling up the water so there was no fountain, all that was there was a tiny light blinking in the setup...so I was extremely frustrated..And btw, red flag here : THERE IS NO PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OR MANUAL INSIDE THE PRODUCT!!No indication on how much water to be filled.No indication whether the motor switch is to be set to + or - or middle.No indication on where the light is to be put.No indication how long the water will last or how long the pump can run...So I requested a colleague who works on electrical gadgets to have a look.He tinkered around the motor till it finally started drawing water...The product is now finally workingAnd I have a fountain inside my room! !

Strictly avoid
The quality is really bad, the paint has completely come out and now it looks real shabby. Not at all value for money.. much cheaper and better options are available

It leaks
We got this after good reviews but when used after a few days we started seeing water accumulated under the table.We checked and found that it water spills when it is turned on.Extremely upset as we can't even return it.
