Great customer support
I purchased the SIA75 as it appeared to be a good value WiFi, Bluetooth streaming receiver amplifier which met my needs including an Optical input, It also appeared to have a phono input.Set up with the app was straight forward but using AirPlay I only had 1 channel. The other sources were stereo. I assumed I had maybe made an error so contacted Tibo through Amazon. They came back immediately and asked a few other questions and ascertained the unit to be faulty. They immediately sent out a replacement which was due to be delivered by DPD the following day, however it appears that the DPD driver who had delivered the unit the day before had forgotten where I lived and left a message at another property apologising he had missed me!Again I contacted Tibo and within seconds I had a text from DPD saying my delivery had been upgraded and it would be with me the following day between 8.30 and 10.30 so once again well done Tibo. I hope this reassures anyone buying that Tibos customer service is superb. So what do I think of the unit, it appears to be very well constructed and it’s heavy so I guess has a linear power supply. The sound quality over AirPlay ( my main need) is very good coupled with Mordaunt-Short 902i on speaker stands. Bluetooth also functions admirably and the supplied remote control will advance and return tracks on both. The coloured ring around the only control on the unit can be changed from red to blue to green to suit your own taste.I’ve only tested TuneIn which also functions very well but as Tibo mention the decision by the BBC to remove their radio services from TuneIn is a shame, however you can work around it.So would I recommend the unit, yes if you have need for its additional features or think you might. The price point is very good and I could find nothing to offer the functionality and IMHO good looks at this cost. The units is attractive and there are a matching set of separates which complement this unit. I was intending to use the unit where I have NO DAB reception and poor FM reception but a perfectly acceptable internet service and for others in that position this unit would appear to be an excellent option ( BBC caveats notwithstanding) and yes there are places across the UK where that is the case.

FANTASTIC SOUND!
Purchased the SIA75 for a second system in the kitchen/second lounge area. Had some Wharfedale Diamond 9.1's lying about unused and figured rather than get a single bluetooth speaker, I will make use of theM and get a half decent and budget amp.Well let me tell you, I was BLOWN AWAY by the incredible quality of the sound on these!!It has that rich warm sound signature of British Audio manufactures like Cambridge Audio, Audiolab & Arcam. And these manufacturers entry level amp offerings cost over double the SIA 75 and with less power and often no wifi steaming or Bluetooth (yes Cambridge Audio AXA25 I'm looking at you!).Music sounds warm dynamic with beautiful controlled base and a great sound stage. You know a good quality amp when it sounds great at low volume and does not distort at loud volume which this amp does. And at 75w per channel, this amp can power pretty much any standmount speaker.only downsides i can give this is that it can be a tad slow to switch sources but nothing to worry about. Also it has this annoying nasal American woman announcing each source when you switch input. TIBO please send a firmware update to turn her off !! There is a slight speaker pop and crackle when it powers up but its minor and nothing to worry about. Its also a nice heavy and solid weight which suggests a good power transformer inside, unsure if its toroidal or not. whatever it is, the sound is powerful and fantastic. This can fill a decent size room.It even has a sub woofer out which is a great option.I Have this connected to an echo dot via its headphone out to rca, and TRUST whatever DAC is in the Amazon echo, the music through this amp is clear and wonderful. Another handy thing is that the amp will power down after about 20 mins of silence but when you talk to Alexa or it detects a signal via Bluetooth or wifi is starts up automatically. you will loose a few secs of whatever alexa is saying on first power up but its such a useful feature!!!!!If Tibo can further tune the warmth of the fantastic sound, get rid of or at least allow for turning off the source change lady, whilst also improving some electrical noise (the small crackle and pop when it powers up) on the next generation: it will be right up there with the other high end brands. The Whardedale 9.1's are a seminal speaker and perfectly match this Amplifier. At around £120 they are a BARGAIN (u can even fond good quality refurbs or used for £50 if u look around!).This paired with the 9.1's is a PERFECT COMBO for less than £300 all in for both.Yr Sonos, Bose, amazon blueooth speakers wont even come close to the sound quality of this combo!!!!BUY WITH ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE!!!!

Nice Unit great sound when you can work out how to use it
I have had Tibo equipment for many trouble free years so I can vouch for how good their equipment is and this new unit is up to the same standard, it packs a lot of punch with its clear sound, the instruction manual is very hard to understand even in English but the App works well with it and using it for Spotify is a sheer breeze, the only bug bare I have with this I do not know as yet how to use the internet radio with it, they say you can listen to any internet station but so far I have been unsuccessful with working out how to get radio stations on it but I am sure if I search the web that may provide me with some help on YouTube is my first port of call whenever I want to buy something then I go and seek it out on Amazon which is a first class service. I will give this bit of equipment 10/10 its a must if you enjoy good sounding music. Buy it you will not regret it.
