Purchased in the UK and had to return as this product requires a step down charger in order for it to work in the UK which was not stated in the instruction leaflet nor does one come with the product.

Rubbish - item never worked and got no return instructions

This seller sold a faulty item. From the second we plugged it in, the item gave off a loud sound and proceeded to smoke and smell of burning. They then told me it was a manufacturing issue, and further told me that it was an issue with misuse - neither of which they would take responsibility for. Now I have a $250 fire hazard at home and the seller has failed to offer any solution. Stay Away!

My hubby loves this. It is easy aerobics, lying down! He's 88, so he's entitled to that. I like it too, as it does shake up your cells, gently.
