Good cut, quality and fit
I ended up liking this shirt a lot more than I thought I would. I liked the cut and the color and thought it was more flattering than I expected it to be.The quality of the material is good and I think it will provide good protection from the sun. It's thick but I think it's still lightweight enough not to be too hot. It's not transparent and the color is rich.It dries very quickly which is a nice feature. I think it will be perfect for summer days when I'll be outside in the sunshine and need that little extra bit of sun protection.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. For reference: 5'0" tall, 165lbs and apple shaped body type.

A great purchase!
Wanted a rash guard for the cottage as I have very fair skin. I put sunscreen underneath but was happy to have the extra protection from the sun. Very good fit but I followed the advice I read and bought 1 size larger than I normally buy and it fits perfectly! Seems like good value for the money to me and I love the (purple) colour.

Weird fit
I got the XXL for a loose fit. I wouldn't want a loose fit for just swimming since it's float up and get it in the way. I got this for diving without a wetsuit, and the BC would probably keep it from floating up. Also, a swim tee (which has a looser fit than a true rash guard) would be better for as a cover up, and for future trips like water parks, etc where I'm not necessarily in the water but getting wet -- and don't want to walk around in a tight rash guard.I haven't tried it out yet but wanted to review this for fit. It fits well everywhere (bust, waist, etc) except the sleeve. It's tight around arms. The tight arms in turn pull on the neck. I would've actually liked a deeper v-neck but not a wider vneck because of the way the arms pull on the neck line. I'm keeping it because it's too late to find something else. Plus, it's way cheaper than my other options (I really wanted the Lands End rash guards which were 2x as much)!UPDATE: Update on actual use at the beach. I used this (and other Kanu Swim Tees) almost continuously on vacation for 10+ days. It didn't ride up at all while swimming despite the looser fit than my rash guards. So that was great. But it's hot! I was sweating heavily in this versus my rash guards or "tech" running shirts. Very uncomfortable! So it didn't serve its purpose as swimmable coverup at all! On the plus side, it did dry much faster than my Lands End swim stuff. I downgraded it from 3 stars to 2 stars because of how hot I got in it.
