works great. It really needs a removable cover. Difficult washing it in washing machine.

Got this for my boyfriend after his hip surgery, he loves it, nice and soft. It’s kinda small, but that makes it not heavy. I have my own U pillow and it’s a lot bigger but isn’t as soft and it’s like logging around a body, whereas this one is just like a heavy as a regular body pillow. It really helps take pressure off your hips and back.
