First time using a double edged safety razor and got this as a pre shave. Skin was a little razor burned and used it as an after shave as well. Worked perfectly! Smells weird coming out of the bottle, but after application, everyone around me said it smelled great. Really soothed the burn and moisturized my skin. Great product, worth the money, highly recommend!

I have tried most, if not all shave oils. This one I like the best of all. I like it more than Art of Shaving or Truefitt and Hill. It has just the right viscosity. I would say it is medium thickness as shave oils go. It allows me to get a very close shave without any irritation. It is thinner than Art of Shaving. It costs less than half as much. It does give you a better shave though. I am very impressed by this oil. I put six drops on my hand and rub it in. I use it with a Rockwell 6S and Lab Blue blade. PAA soap. Great product. I would also love to see it in a Sandalwood scent. Either way, I'm using this from now on. Love it.

I got this for my boyfriend as a stuffing stocker and he absolutely loved it. He said it’s better than my tree hut shaving oil that he used to steal. 😒 It smells amazing like he just came from the barber shop. It’s definitely feels like it moisturized his face as well too.

I've used this about 3 times since it arrived. I will note that my go-to pre-shave oil is made by Bevel. And to be clear, I use a pre-shave oil for head shaving, nothing else. I gave this brand a shot as it was a good value (lower per ounce cost than Bevel) and it appears to be from a small business, which I try to support when possible. As a pre-shave oil it works ok, but it will not replace my go-to. Compared to the Bevel brand, this one seems to breakdown more quickly, meaning the smooth glide lasts for one pass. I am not a fan of the scent, but I know that is super subjective. I'll use this bottle but I will not reorder.

Great value, large bottle that will last a long time, and I love the fact that the label is waterproof. If you like the smell of tea tree oil, you will love this. This has helped me avoid nicks and cuts when used as a pre shave oil. My DE safety razor glides smoothly with this and shave lather.

Works OK as a shave oil. It allows you to shave without razor burn, but doesn't seem remarkable in any way. I don't think it works particularly well as an aftershave, either. Functions OK as a beard conditioner and a shave oil.
