These chewable probiotics really work. I've been using this product for a month now so I'm sure. No more disgusting morning breath nobody likes and the effects last all day. I chew mine up and swish it around in my mouth before bed after I'm done eating and drinking food. They taste good and have affected my oral health and confidence talking to people at close quarters in a positive way.

Sweet tastes appeal more toward kids than for adults. Preferred mint flavor. Critic acid is not good for teeth, hence 3 stars.

Me and my husband take these…maybe not every night. Sometimes we forget. We take right before bed, chew it up just let it sit and melt away. What impresses both of us is what happened on our last dental cleanings. We had been taking this for about two months prior…and the hygienists that cleaned our teeth both commented we had less plaque. Cool beans!
