All in all, I think this product is great, especially for the price. My daughter has loved playing with it and dressing up in the doctors jacket. All the accessories can be stored away in the trolley with extra room for more if necessary.It was a little tricky putting it together but not impossible- you will need a screwdriver for one of the steps. When it is all clicked together though it seems sturdy. Also it includes all the cell/button type batteries for all the accessories, but you have to provide your own AAs for the 'screen' part. Not sure why this wouldn't be provided too.Also mine has a problem where the buttons on the 'screen' are very temperamental and often don't work. And when they do they play really odd sounds like Baby Shark... Not really something you'd associate with doctor role play.Overall though, these issues haven't taken away from my daughter's enjoyment of the toy so I'm giving it 4 stars

Arrived promptly, well packaged. Looks good, perhaps a bit smaller than expected but therefore easier to store.Unfortunately as it’s a Christmas gift, can’t comment on how appropriate it is for playing etc.

Found it fiddly to put together. Found that the x Ray part did not work, despite putting in the correct batteries.

Cheaply made, flimsy, doesn't fit together smoothly, waste of money and no response from retailer when complaint made.

We ordered this for my 3 year old daughter and we were all very disappointed. Firstly assembling it was tricky trying to align all the pieces that didn’t seem to want to fit together. Once assembled the main button on the screen did not work so none of the buttons worked, we had to take it apart and fix the mechanism, thank goodness my husband managed to fix it as it was for Christmas the next day. It is also top heavy and keeps falling over on to my daughter, luckily it’s so flimsy and small it doesn’t hurt her. The door doesn’t stay closed and falls open all the time and everything falls out as it keeps falling over. The little hat did not fit my daughters head. Ex rays don’t fit in the draw as indicated on the box. The main screen plays an awful song, I am not sure in what language, which is frankly unnecessary, my daughter who just turned 3 years old , asked why it was playing a song when it’s supposed to measure your heart. Frankly badly made, broken, cheap, tat, which we would never have bought if we had seen it in a shop.

My 6 year old daughter absolutely loves hers!
