Hi Brenda, I would recommend a 37 which is a 6-6.5. The 38 might be a tad big due to being a 7-7.5. RC Turnpike Comfort Footwear

Hi.. I can't answer your question personally BUT I've read the reviews under the tab Plantar Fasciitis and there are quite a few that have given in 5 stars saying it does help. Read the reviews to see if any of them address your issue but most find them comfortable. I find them extremely comfortable. Good luck. They are also great quality.
