Is there any lag/latency when watching video?

Yes, there is a slight lag but I tend to just pause the video for a second and the soundtrack starts back in sync. It isn't too bad though

Is the orange ear piece foam or sponge?

Tricky question it's not natural sponge but is a spongy type foam, just like my old Walkman. I find they are great for the gym and walking as they are very lightweight and you can hear what's going on around you still.

Nope, the headband retracts a little bit, but they don’t fold and there is no case for them supplied. Apart from that, they are great. Really impressed with sound and overall quality.

Will it sync up to my ps4?
