I got these because who else makes coconut cake mix? And it is so yummy. I used them however to make some "snow cookies" that my mom used to make using cake mix, butterscotch bits and oatmeal. They turned out perfect! Oh the memories. But I will use another box for coconut cake and add coconut and whipped white frosting with shredded toasted coconut on top. Instructions are easy for the cake, it is a great value.
