This is a solid motherboard. It is no lightweight the PCB is very thick. Intuitive bios compared to some other mobo manufacturers. Doesn't look lost in an Antec C8 dual chamber case. Easy to fit gpu and M2 cards. Memory was recognised and Expo worked. CPU 9950x has no issues, and my pc runs better and cooler than it did using a 670 mobo. Wifi 7 seems quicker and more stable, don't ask it just does. Single line out sound output, but the quality is good through my speakers. Trying to think of a negative, apart from the price. Amazon cheaper than most other retailers, and Prime delivery same day before 2200 is insane, but totally appreciated thank you. I prefer the looks compared to the Hero version. I know people criticise Asus if they have to RMA anything back, but you cannot fault the build quality. If you want to save a few quid, buy the cut down H model (less slots), or go white with the A model. This is my third ROG motherboard build, and I really cannot fault it.

This whole platform is very powerful and is a great match for the Ryzen 9 7950X3D In it's entirety, This Motherboard is a Feature Packed Platform with many Top spec technologies. It has been rock solid in its primary role as part of a home Compute cluster, (part-time gaming rig ;) running demanding compute workloads (VMs/Pods/containers) almost 24/7. One part where I feel that maybe a few pcie lanes could have been sacrificed would have been with native 10G LAN, but with that said the actual Intel I255-v 2.5G Ethernet is still more than good, plus with the option to use USB4/Thunderbolt/Plugin USB 10G NIC or a PCIE slot it provides a lot of flexibility options. Asus have done a solid job on the actual build quality itself, one key aspect are the heatsinks for the Gen5 NVMe slots, these are substantial/Beefy heatsinks and will actually function well as opposed to only being there as just part of the Aesthetics. The same for the VRMs Beefy heatsinks to help with any power demands you throw at this board. The Board layout is very good with ideal positioning for fan headers, etc. QLED is another very nice touch with acts as a Temperature indicator as well as displaying BIOS Codes on Boot. Connectivity Asus have provided a huge number of ports on this board, with multiple USB USB3.2 / USB-C 20G /TB4. Lots of room for devices and future expansions. The labeling on the Rear IO shield is helpful and a nice touch. The Board also comes with WiFi 6E (.ax 160MHz spread) which works very well! This goes to my point this MOBO gives you options and the flexibility you need. Audio and DAC/DSP Chip. This board comes offers some very nice features and 32Bit @ 192k plus a SPDIF for optical in/out. It has some very nice companion apps if installed via the ASUS ARMOURY Crate Utility. It has a very nice sounding Realtek package. BIOS. The BIOS of this motherboard is packed with features, many of which I am still yet to learn about. You have complete control to change almost every aspect you could ever need to customize for their needs. With the AMD CPU you can manipulate the Curve optimizer and have a say on how you want the power delivery to be applied. There is way to much to list here the number of features this motherboard supports is crazy, in a good way! This whole platform is very powerful and is a great match for the Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU. I bought this board after previous builds with MSI. I have to say that the X870-I isn't value for money at all, despite it being a 'premium' board. The quality of the components on this board leaves a lot to be desired, particularly the headers. For example, one of the ground pins in the USB 5Gbps header was missing before being connected - thankfully that particular ground pin, also known as ID, only sends a signal to the other ground pins, so the port works regardless. BIOS is ok, I suppose. However, Armoury Crate doesn't know what it's doing and at times questions your sanity. Half the time it doesn't recognise changes made in the BIOS, which really wastes time going back into to the BIOS, having sworn blind you selected F10 beforehand. Why on earth ASUS thought it was great to remove audio from the board and put it on the Rog Strix Hive II is anybody's guess. I suppose 'Hive' is ASUS' idea of a bad joke. Not everyone listens to audio/streaming/gaming through headphones. In short, the Hive is a useless magnetic paperweight. I can very well see myself going back to MSI and selling this board on for parts in the not too distant future.

An awesome gaming machine for the money, very easy to setup, high quality feel to it, very sturdy, loads of connectivity, easy to update the bios which takes around 5 minutes, and handles gaming very easily. This is an AM5 platform and used 64Gb Ram with a 9800x3d processor, combined with a 24Gb GPU makes this motherboard a very strong component, looks amazing in black with it's rgb setup. Very impressive and would definitely buy again.

Als nieuw gekocht maar de productdoos was niet verzegeld en duidelijk anders ingepakt dan in de fabriek (afgaande op unboxing videos). Nieuw is nieuw, en dus niet geopend doorbiemand anders. Retour gestuurd voor een ander exemplaar.

🧱 Construction sérieuse et design soigné Dès le déballage, cette ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F donne une vraie impression de matériel haut de gamme. La carte est lourde, bien renforcée, avec de gros radiateurs VRM et un design ROG qui rend vraiment bien dans un boîtier vitré. On voit tout de suite qu’on est sur un produit pensé pour durer, autant au niveau des composants que de la finition générale. 🔧 Montage agréable, tout démarre du premier coup Le montage s’est passé sans galère. Le socket AM5 est simple à utiliser et il reste assez de place autour pour installer un gros ventirad ou un AIO sans se battre avec les câbles. Les emplacements M.2 sont bien placés et les systèmes de fixation sans vis sont vraiment pratiques, on évite de perdre des mini-vis dans le boîtier. Une fois le Ryzen, la DDR5, les SSD NVMe et la carte graphique installés, la machine a démarré du premier coup, sans mauvaise surprise. 🖱️ BIOS ROG complet mais accessible Côté BIOS, on retrouve la patte ROG : c’est très complet, mais suffisamment clair pour qu’on s’y retrouve sans être expert. L’activation de l’EXPO pour la RAM DDR5 se fait en quelques secondes, et les principaux réglages se prennent rapidement en main. La stabilité est excellente, que ce soit en jeu, en montage vidéo ou en multitâche intensif, rien à signaler de bizarre. 🔌 Connectique moderne et prête pour l’avenir La connectique est un vrai point fort de cette carte. L’arrière propose un bon nombre de ports USB, le PCIe 5.0 prépare la config pour les prochaines générations de GPU ou de SSD et les emplacements M.2 bénéficient d’un refroidissement sérieux. Le réseau filaire et le WiFi fonctionnent très bien, ce qui permet d’avoir une machine parfaitement à jour pour plusieurs années. 🎮 Parfaite base pour une config gaming ou créative En usage quotidien, la carte se fait oublier dans le bon sens du terme. Le boot est rapide, il n’y a pas de bruit suspect, pas de chauffe anormale ni de comportement étrange. Les petits détails ROG, comme l’éclairage discret et le logiciel de gestion, renforcent l’impression d’avoir un cœur de machine vraiment haut de gamme et cohérent. ⭐ Mon avis global Pour monter une configuration Ryzen moderne avec DDR5, gros GPU et plusieurs SSD, cette ROG STRIX X670E-F est une base très solide, agréable à monter et parfaitement stable une fois en place. Je lui mets 5 étoiles sans hésitation et je la recommande clairement pour un PC gaming ou une machine créative ambitieuse.

Ich nutze es für High-End-Gaming, und dafür ist es absolut perfekt geeignet. Die Performance ist top – schnelle Bootzeiten, stabile Spannungsversorgung dank des starken 18+2+2-Power-Designs und keinerlei Probleme unter Last. Auch die Ausstattung ist richtig gut: viele Anschlüsse, solide Kühlung, WiFi schnell und zuverlässig. Mir gefällt insgesamt, wie sauber und flüssig das System damit läuft. Einbauen ging problemlos, und im Alltag macht das Board genau das, was man von einem High-End-Gaming-Mainboard erwartet. Ganz klare Empfehlung von mir.
