Balance Board Trainer - Rocker Board - Standing Desk Board - Balancing Board for Adults and Kids

This rocker board has been fantastic for continuing with my recovery from a broken foot that required multiple surgeries. At first, I had purchased a plastic wobble board from a different manufacturer at a local store. I felt unsteady & it slipped even when I was just doing range of motion exercises from a seated position. My therapist had a wooden type rocker board at their office, which seemed much more stable. When I saw this one, it seemed like it would be the closest to the thick fancy one at the doctor’s office. I’ve had this board for quite a while now (it was a long recovery)& it has been great. The non-slip surface area is very generous for both feet (and not tiny feet either). I have thankfully gotten better, but the rocker board is still useful for improving my balance as well as maintaining my range of motion. The little storage bag that comes along with it has been great too!

This balance board works well. It has nice anti-slip material to stand on, and can be used with or without shoes comfortably. It's made well, and is perfect to do my knee replacement exercises at home.

I bought this for my son to work on his physical therapy at home. He loves it and my husband and I can use it as well! It is very sturdy and well-built and came with a bag to transport it in.

Got this for home rehab after ACL tear and reconstructive surgery. Holds my 230 lbs just fine with no signs of wear or tear. There appears to be a point in the middle where it's easier to balance than the ones at my physical therapist facility, but not so much that I can't use this well to keep up my exercises. I've also found this useful for stretching calves: set the balance board against a stair and suddenly it's a grippy incline for stretching or inclined calf raises. Definitely worth the money. The carrying case looks flimsy but has held up well through 6 months of use.

This is just what I was hoping for. Well made and sturdy and I really like the non-slip surface. I use it at work when I'm standing at my desk.

The wood is sturdy. The grainy blue coat on top is good.The strips on the bottom though, no good. They have stained my kitchen floor, and the strips came off within a couple of weeks.Would suggest putting on top of a ragcloth to avoid staining floor or rug.

I am really pleased with this balance board. The construction quality is super nice. I've been using it for a few days now to help rehab a hip injury. This will definitely help strengthen all those little tiny muscles we tend to forget about, yet are really important. My wife has also been using it in her exercise routine. Adds a new level of difficulty to her planks!! (as if they need to be harder!) It's a versatile piece of equipment, and we look forward to many years of use.

Used this after a knee surgery and loved it helped gain some strength back in that knee! Good quality and comes with a carrying case
