I'm a beliver
This was suggested by Mike Phillips in both an article I read about restoring Single stage paint as well as several YouTube videos on the subject. Knowing that I had an entire longbed C10 to paint correct, I decided to splurge from the usual Microfiber towels I buy in bulk at Costco. Man, am I glad I did. Mike spoke specifically how removing Meguiars Show Car Glaze from single stage paint was a real pain because it doesn't have a cutting effect compared to the traditional microfiber towel. Basically you end up just pushing #7 SCG around, and spending an incredible amount of time removing the product. The problem arises when Phillips suggests that on extremely oxidized and worn paint to reapply SCG at least 2 to 3 times. Thats mean your arms are going to fall off if you choose to use a traditional microfiber towel. However, this towel cut thru that layer of caked on SCG like it was nothing. It made removal fast and relatively painless. My arms are still tire after 3 applications and removals, but I'm sure nowhere near as tired as they would be had I not made this purchase. So I am now a full believer on the power of a towel.

Are these too small or not soft enough?
When i received these I thought i'd been scammed. I have some griots speedshine cloths which are larger and SO soft. These were smaller and when i first looked I thought, these are kind of rough. I was not particularly happy, but put them to work to get a proper test.First impression was completely wrong. These are the perfect size. You do not need to fold them and they are perfect size for your hand when working on your vehicle. As for "rough" - well there are two distinct sides to the cloth - a rougher side and a softer side. The rough side is used for the first pass to remove wax, and then you can buff with the softer side. These cloths do an amazing job if you wax by hand. They have obviously been designed and engineered by someone who knows how to hand wax a vehicle.I was greatly impressed (and relieved) when I worked with these cloths. Well worth the money.

Work well but
I use these with wax and with a detailing spray and I'm quite pleased with their performance. They may appear small, about the size of a washcloth, but it turns out that that's a very convenient size to use and I like the fact that one side is heftier than the other. The one thing to be aware of is if they pick up any dirt, it will never come out. Not with detergent, not in the washing machine, not with special microfiber wash. Once they get dirty they are dirty forever. If this matters to you, don't get these white cloths

Great Towel for the Intended Purpose
I wasn't a huge fan initially when I received these towels. Some of the other reviews that say they are small are correct. However once I began using them solely for the purpose in which they are intended, for removing waxes and polishes, I slowly started to become a fan. The smaller size is perfect for wax removal, and it does an excellent job of that. Sadly I don't find them to be good towels for anything else. In that regard some might find them rather expensive for a one purpose microfiber towel, but when used for their intended purpose, they are quite exceptional.

Nice cloths, but not for wax removal!
These are good quality cloths but when using them to try and remove dry hazed wax like I'm supposed to, it grabs way to much and is awful to use/unusable. Ended up removing wax with cheaper no-name microfibers with ease. Will have to find another use for these...
