It's a great idea but failed sadly. This product was very useful at first, but it leaks and gets very stinky. It must be washed very very good every day. My patient got a very terrible rash all over his front.

This works excellent for my adult incontinent son. We put it on him at night and drain the bag in the morning. Leakage is minimal but it’s way better than a soaked diaper in the morning. We lay a diaper under him to absorb and leakage but it’s usually dry or pretty dry under him. The key is placing the cup on correctly. He is bed ridden and this really helps.

Great for truck drivers or traveling to limit having to stop. Might seem lazy to some but truck drivers are limited to where they can stop and expected to use their time wisely .

Unfortunately, mine was already missing one of the securing buttons when it came. I didn't find the button in the box, so I presume that it fell off before it left the factory. The second securing button fell off when I attempted to secure it. So, unfortunately, I can't say that it's well made. Because of the straps, it should be fairly easy to put on. However, I found that the securing buttons are much larger than the holes on the leg straps and it was very difficult to get them secure. I would up using safety pins since neither of the buttons survived my first attempt to put it on. There is Velcro on the waste strap. That might suggest that the waste size is adjustable. But it's not. The the Velcro is only a couple of inches long. There is only enough Velcro to secure the waste strap in one position. It would have been nice to have the waste adjustable. My waste is smaller than the one-size-fits-all size of this device, so it's not very secure. The collection bags don't come with any way to secure them. I presume you're supposed to just let them lie on the bed next to you. That doesn't seem very useful or secure. Because the urinal part of the device is soft silicone, these is fairly comfortable. There aren't any rough or sharp edges. But the urinal compartment is rather small. Your entire anatomy needs to fit inside to get a proper seal. You also have to be specific about how you insert your anatomy as the direction can affect the seal and direction of the flow. This seems like it would only work if you're standing or lying on your stomach. Water generally flows down hill. If you're lying on your back or side, it would seem the position of the drain tube would prevent any water from actually going to the bag. In that way, I don't believe I would trust this device for someone who's bed ridden. I think this is a nice idea and it might be better than nothing. Some people might have a problem using adult diapers, but I don't believe this will replace those. If you want to avoid leakage, I think you still need to use an adult diaper.

Useful and convenient equipment for it's purpose, does the job less intrusively than a traditional catheter, with a greatly reduced risk of complications like UTI. Fit well as per it's listed size range. Have worked well for me in most cases. Well suited for use in standing or sitting positions, with only a little bit of attention. Not so great for use while laying down, it can work fine in some prone positions, and not so well in others. Either way, these are also reasonably priced, so worth a try if it's something that you might need.

This is comfortable and seems to work on different genitals configurations. The hose length is generous so you can trim to length. We had no leaks, with normal use... The closable switches and the valves help a lot with bag changing. The valves at the bottom of the bags are VERY strong and secure, and yet easy to flip open to drain. Both bags that come with it, 2L and 1L. The "Jock" (fabric) snaps on and off the plastic receptacle so you can wash them independently of each other. The only thing I have to complain about is that the strap that actually keeps the Jock attached is not as strong as I might like. If the user is prone (in bed) or seated at all times, that might be just fine, but for a mobile person you might wear out the waist. I think I would buy this again.

This is a very useful item for people who are having urinary complications, especially for elderly people. The people who have these urinary issues only know the value of this product. When you have it, you feel very comfortable mentally and physically without any fear of uncontrolled leakage or urinary urgency. Sometimes you can’t hold it till you go to a restroom to pee. Even when you are flying, sometimes you have to stay in a long lineup for the restroom. But if you have something like this you don’t have to worry much about it. Whenever you get a chance leisurely you can go and empty the collector bag. The most important thing is you don’t need any professional to attach or detach it. Not like a catheter, which is inserted through your urinal path to your bladder for different health issues by a well-trained medical professional. But some of those come with a nice little 1-liter bag with loopholes at the top and the bottom with a magic hook and loop fasteners to attach to your leg. I prefer if this bag also should have something like that rather than only having just a hanging loop at the top.
