Great mattress!!! I bought the full size and I bought the box spring separately but right after we got it out of the box and wrapping it expanded quickly and was quite comfortable. There was no plastic, chemical smell or anything which is nice. It is 12 inches thick and is able to comfortably support both my husband and I. There is virtually no noise with this mattress. I’m sure it takes a day or two to fully set up since it was in a box but it already is very comfy and soft, it’s supportive but not particularly firm. Great mattress for the average person or someone who likes a softer mattress. If you prefer firm mattresses this one isn’t for you.

I've had many cheap mattress in a box combos, and have had bad luck or experienced awful sleep with any mattress containing coils. This mattress is beyond my expectations and for the price, you'd be hard pressed to find a more comfortable option. Are there better mattresses? Well yes, of course. But not for 160 shipped two days. Edge support could use some work, but I sit near the edge to play video games so I'm a little more picky with that kind of stuff. Typical, easy setup. Cut open box, allow mattress to expand. They say wait a day or two but I never listen to that and it's never been an issue. I have garbage posture so I'm constantly fighting with neck and back pain and so far, I'm sleeping wonderfully (and dreaming again) with zero added pain or discomfort. Have to say I'm super impressed with this mattress. Literally just bought it for the price and expected to have to load the top up with foam etc to make it better, it's perfect as is. Now, I'm 6'4 and 165 pounds, so I'm a little on the lighter side for a man, and this mattress to me personally feels more on the plush side then medium. And that's being fairly light. My larger brothers may find this to have a little too much give. No smell out of the box. Can't really find a single noteworthy complaint. Super happy with this purchase.

I don't usually write reviews but this is one that I will write for. This is my first bed in a box and of course I had my suspicions because of how cheap it was but I needed to replace my old mattress of 7 years that I got from a mattress store that is no longer open. But when I tell you that this bed is comfortable. That's an understatement. I felt that I had a lot of support and i had really good sleep. It was very satisfying opening the box to get the bed out. I will say it is heavy when we read the label it said the bed alone was 82 lb. We did try to give it a couple of hours to expand fully but we did end up using it the same day. It's definitely a medium firm. Some comments said that it smelled out of the package, it had no smell at all. My husband and I are of two different body shapes and it supports both our body types. The material and thickness seem pretty durable and looks like it will last long so hopefully I can use this for another 6 to 7 years.

This mattress is not 14 inches in thickness as described. It’s only 12 inches after waiting the allotted time for expansion, mattress was not sat on or slept on. The mattress is comfortable. There is no odor. No noise. The quality of the bed is poor as threading has come undone on 2 sides of the mattress. I read the reviews before purchasing that stated the mattress was only 12 inches as it is! Are the wrong mattresses being shipped or is it false advertisement? Not as expected.

We have never bought a bed online before, I’m a try it then buy it type of person but I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of this mattress! 14 inches was the perfect thickness! It was easy to unpack, just be prepared to have a good bit of room to do so. The firmness is a little more than I thought it be but I’ve gotten use to it.

My oldest moved out into their first apt with their work friends, and took their mattress, which was old, inexpensive, and very used. However they'd like to come sleep at home for the holidays, so I sprung for a new mattress for their bed frame in their old bedroom. I didn't want to spend a lot since this isn't their primary residence right now, and I wasn't planning on replacing their mattress at all, it's just for convenience sake really, so I figured I'd try an Amazon mattress. I looked at at least two dozen options, read tons of reviews, and looked at all the pictures. A lot of people said they could feel the springs on this one and yes, I can. It's not awful, but because of the helpful reviews I bought a padded topper to help mitigate the feel of the springs. I am still waiting for the mattress to "fluff," "expand," "breathe," whatever it has to do for the full 36 hours before I put the topper on so I dont know if it'll help a lot, I hope it's enough to make it less springy. It's not uncomfortable, but I am a side sleeper and wouldn't want to sleep on it all night. The worst part is that it is definitely NOT firm, not even a little bit. When I sit on the edge in the middle, the ends pop up! But it'll work for light use and the price was right. If you're looking to replace an expensive mattress that will see daily wear, I don't think this is the one for you. But if you need a decent inexpensive mattress for a guest room it might be ideal. It's heavy and cumbersome in the delivery box, thankfully my husband was home to carry it up the stairs. I was able to unbox, unwrap, and set it up myself. It unravelled and expanded quickly, and I pulled the top part up a few times to help give it extra room to fully expand, and that seemed to help it look less squished. It is soft and came clean and unused.
