Perfect shoulder bag. I purchased Dark Stone and it’s such a great neutral color. I’ve had no issues so far with the strap staying on my shoulder. I’ve heard it’s usually a posture issue if the strap doesn’t stay on. I’m a big fan of Coach so no complaints. Definitely a great every day bag.

Beautiful color and great quality. I love Coach. The style of this bag is a little slouched but I love how it looks! There’s a lot of room for everything I need, even space to carry water bottles!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’m really happy with my bag! The size is just right — not too big, not too small — perfect for everyday use. It fits all my essentials without feeling bulky. I also love the color; it's stylish and versatile, making it easy to pair with almost any outfit. I also ordered the cherry charm on Amazon for $10!!!

I am obsessed with this bag. The Coach Brooklyn has such a clean, modern shape that goes with literally everything — casual jeans, work outfits, even dressier looks. I got the medium size (Brooklyn 28) and it’s perfect for everyday use. It fits my wallet, phone, sunglasses, a mini makeup bag, and even a small notebook with no problem.The leather is buttery soft but still structured enough to hold its shape, and the wide strap makes it super comfortable on the shoulder. The snap closure is easy to open and close, and the interior feels luxe even without lining. It’s understated in the best way — classic Coach, but cooler. I love the maple brown color and you can tell it's worth the money.Highly recommend if you want something stylish, functional, and timeless. Definitely a new favorite in my rotation!

I was so excited to receive this bag. I saw it in stores and felt that the leather quality was worth investing. I decided to trust Amazon because I’ve heard good reviews. I’ve also seen Amazon unboxing of coach bags online and they come wrapped really well. When I opened my package, the bag was barely secured with the plastic packaging that all coach bags arrive with, it was crushed and bent! The coach handtag was also missing and the leather quality was so poor. Really upset that it arrived in this conditions, it almost looks like a fake coach bag. It only arrived with the exterior coach plastic bag, dust bag and a deflated bubble wrap in the inside.

The media could not be loaded. I was apprehensive ordering this bag from Amazon because of some other reviews, but it came in perfect condition and packed very well. If you’ve ever ordered from coach before, it came packed the same way (without a coach box.) it includes a dust bag as well.The bag its self seems great so far, it’s high quality and the suede is buttery soft, and the inside lining is leather. It’s very light and slightly smaller than what I expected, but it seems like it will be a good every day bag. It can fit my IPad and still has room left over. The color is exactly as pictured, Sand is the perfect description. I got it on sale but even full price I think it would be worth it.

Only giving 4 stars because I didn’t realize it has “coach” painted on. Otherwise great quality.
