Use With Caution
Seems like a good mix of ingredients, but use it carefully - I took 2 tabs between meals as soon as it came looking for relief, but the zinc carnosine really irritated my stomach. Nothing on the directions on the bottle warned to not take on an empty stomach, so be very careful to have some food in your stomach and maybe spread the 4 tabs over the day. Too soon to comment on how well it works but Now is a trusted brand to me so Im pretty sure it will be of some help to get my stomach ulcers healed up.
