Q: The reviews have me confused. My wrist are a boney 16mm. Should I get a small or medium?

If your wrists are very small, a small will work, otherwise get a medium. This does apply some compression to the muscles and joints in your wrist so getting one too small or too loose will result in swelling from too much pressure, or not enough support. I purchased a small since I have almost child size wrists normally. The band will give some and I found this more useful than those that extended to the pinky of thumb.

Q: can this be used while swimming?

We do not recommend wearing this product while swimming.

Q: do they make one for forearm

This model is designed to protect the wrist joint, we currently don't have one for forearm, thanks for your interest on NEOtech Care!
