Nestle Quality Street Assorted Chocolate Decorative Metal Tin, 2lb

Quality product- Every bit as good as if bought back home.

I treat myself to a container of Quality Street candy every year. Although the container arrived frozen from spending a long day on a UPS, once thawed the candy was fresh and as tasty as usual.

I grew up on these and for the most part they don't seem to have changed too much. I will say though - that we didn't think that there was a 'key' in them till we were almost finished. They are so small that they are hard to read. It was so small that sitting at the bottom of the tin, you couldn't even stumble on the paper either with it being just a few inches in circumference. Then it was too hard to read! I remember them being on the top, almost as big as the size of the tin with a full description of them. They are the best chocolates and if they have had to 'alter' their flavours to fit with the EU standards, the change hasn't been significant enough to notice a difference. I gave three other tins to our top clients as well and will do so again. They are just lovely. Do yourself a favour and dump the Sees, the Russel Stovers and any other American to the side. If you like milk chocolate, then these are the ones to indulge in. DE- LICHE!!

Stale & inedible candy wrapped in very low quality, dull paper; not the same variety of chocolates as before. The tin is very small, not extra large as described. Simply awful. Half the old size for double the cost. Total ripoff.

These are outstanding candies. The variety and quantity make them enjoyable for each member of the family. Everyone can find their favorite, and then decide how far they will go in sharing and how many they may want to save/hide. Each flavor is special. The orange and strawberry creams are very soft and particularly strong flavors; they are great. The caramels/toffees come in several textures are are really enjoyable. Then there are the chocolates, with a nice variety of flavors and give you a chance to mix things up a bit. Each candy is specially wrapped, with several having a dual foil:transparent colored over wrap which can be fun for kid projects later. All of the flavors are great. We have noticed that the orange is the most potent flavor; this is mentioned as it can actually carry throughout the tin in general and have some effect on other candies. That being said, we enjoy these every year. These candies have pretty much become a Christmas tradition that we are now sharing with others.

It was my turn in office to buy candies(for reasons which I think is irrelevant to mention here) and Quality Street was the first choice popped in my mind because I loved this when I was a kid and also wanted to treat my American friends with something different. And everybody loved it. Although I remember the taste being a little different back in the days when I was a kid, this was still delicious. Items arrived on time and they were very fresh. I bought two tins, one for office and other one for myself. But seeing how much they liked it, I brought the second one also to office. And they loved it even more. Will order again!

I will purchase these next holiday season. The chocolate treats were very good, well worth the price. I would recommend these sweets to friends, family, and you.

Mine came in a tin! I had read reviews that this came in a plastic tub (my Cadbury Roses and Heroes did this year), but mine arrived in a real tin. It says 900g on the front, too. As for the quality of the chocolates... I'm going to throw this out there. Shipped chocolates will NEVER be the same quality as they are when purchased and consumed in the country of their origin. These were not only shipped from the UK to an Amazon facility, but then they were shipped (2-day, at that) to me. The texture and consistency CANNOT hold up with all that heating/cooling/flying/storage. I am VERY satisfied with how these came to me. They never melted in transit (ordered in January), and they are only just a bit stale/hard from all they've been through. So I will rate them 5 stars from my expectations rather than from the initial quality of the product. If you're unfamiliar with these chocolates, they aren't labeled with which type they are. I found a "key" at the bottom of the tin. If you want to know what's what, you just have to dig a little. :)

Well, what can I say? Only the most legendary of selection boxes!! Few of my favorites aren't included anymore but you can't beat the sibling fights over the last chocolate, especially when they realize I had it and just rewrapped a lump of mud, she didn't even look just threw it straight in her mouth 🤣🤣
