Great to prevent draughts through oven vent

Seems sturdy, used on cooker hood exhaust, to keep strong winds out. Have used some mesh pushed in to stop any critters coming in vent. More sturdy than plastic alternatives i looked at. Easy to fit.

I used the vent cowling in an unusual location, inside a corner cabinet to redirect the airflow from above to an extractor fan on the wall, giving me extra storage in a corner. The vent looks and works perfectly, was easy to install and remove for access, and matches the white cabinet interior. The vent was good value for the size.

Bought to stop wind blowing and jamming open previously purchased shuttered outlet vent, works well, even stops the wind whistling through the internal extractor fan vent. Excellent purchase.

exactly what i was looking for. and does the job. I had a fan with louvre shutters that when being used, allowed the wind to blow the rain back in somehow. but this has now eliminated that problem. And still allows the vent to open.
