The media could not be loaded. I purchased this as an extra christmas gift for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loves it. He went around and showed his whole family how it works lol. It was easy to set up, had good video quality, and is really good value for the price.The only “bad” thing is that the battery doesn’t last long and this can leave your ears super irritated very quickly. But as long as you’re gentle, it shouldn’t be an issue.

Poor build quality. Overall I'm disapointed with the build quality. When you plug in the USB c cable it forces the connector forward and presses the whole assembly forward making the plug not insert correctly and making charging an issue. Light intensity is not adjustable so camera view is either burned out or not easy to view.Tips are nice and screw in which is the reason I purchased this unit. I hate the clip on type.Software is ok but nothing special.Sometime the picture freezes and you have to wait for the software and hardware to sync.The power button can also be dificuly to locate in low light conditions. Black on black offers zero contrast.For a price under $15 its an ok product but I would not purchase again.

Set up was super easy and quick! While it's a bit of a learning curve to maneuver, the camera is amazingly clear. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone!

So picked this otoscope up and I've always seen them on ads decided to give it a shot. We'll say the least no disappointment product worked well easy to use simple Install instructions. I would buy again
