I wear this lanyard with a full load of keys, and an ID badge, while at the gym and at work. I even wear it when playing full court basketball under my shirt. This is a great lanyard and very high quality. The colors are very vibrant and the lanyard is nice and thicker than most. It also has a buckle so that you can easily unclip your keys to open your door or scan your tag. It works great for me, and even though we were robbed of our super bowl this year, there's always next year. Go Lions!
