This is easy to use and seems to be accurate. Good quality. I've had it for a few months and the battery is still strong.

We've been using an old Microlife unit that we've had for 20-25 years. It's been our old-faithful machine. The only reason I decided it was time, was it doesn't work well on batterypower, even with fresh batteries. The machine often wouldn't complete the measurement, or themeasurements were extremely slow.After a lot of research, we pulled the plug on this Omron. I didn't want to get a battery onlymodel because of my experience with my current machine. The listing on this Omron givesthe impression that it is battery only, and makes no mention that it will take an adapter, yet an adapteris available. It's crazy, they don't include this information, and I wouldn't have known had I not run acrossthe adapter by accident on Amazon, then researching further by obtaining a copy of the owner manual.All that said, the machine works wonderfully. At first the pre-formed cuff looked difficult to use. But itactually is nice. It slips right on, tightens right up quickly when you push the start button. I like it muchbetter than the roll up type.The machine powers up quickly, pumps the cuff up quickly, and gives a reading in about 30 seconds or so.I took a reading 3-4 times, and all of them were close. So it appears the machine is pretty accurate. There wasvery little variation.My only complaint is with the zip bag. Rather than a case, it doesn't really offer any protection. Itdoesn't even have a carry strap, and it's made of thin nylon, which makes it slippery and hard to carry, easy todrop. My old Microlife machine has a well made carry bag made out of a lightweight canvas, and has a carry strap. It has a place for the manual. This one doesn't even have that. As worthless as this bag is, I may just toss it out and just keep the unit in the box, or buy an aftermarket carry bag or case.Judging from the obvious high quality of the product, I know Omron could do better with the zip bag with a littlemore thought. I'd gladly pay a few more bucks for a better way to store this thing.

One of the best brand on the market. It is the third time that I buy this monitor for my blood pressure and I do not have any complaints.

This product is very easy to use. Once you have it set up you can place it on your desk and check your blood pressure whenever you want to. It is so easy to also sync to your iPhone so you have a listing of your blood pressure and pulse to track your blood pressure over a period of time.

I first bought the Bronze model and it was OK, but I didn't like the awkwardness of the cuff and it had limited memory capacity. So I bought the Silver model. I like the cuff much better and it has more memory capacity.I sent the Bronze one back, and also returned the Silver one because Amazon had just lowered the price. Then I ordered another Silver at the lower price.Regarding acuracy, I compared the Bronze and Silver and they recorded very similar readings. I also compared them to another, higher priced brand which my wife had acquired a few years ago, and all recorded BP very close to each other.This Silver model seems to be very suitable and it is the brand my cardiologist recommended.I use it twice a day. Don't know how long the batteries (included) will last. I purchased an adapter, but haven't used it yet.I like the Omron app, also.

I was using an older Omron unit that failed when the screen started to glitch. Bought this as a replacement. I like that it is a smaller, more compact size, compared to my older unit. I didn't need bells and whistle extra features, like bluetooth. This unit is perfect for me. Just read my BP and tell me what it is! It does a great job at that.
