Best Omega 3 oil
I have used this for a couple of years now though not always consistently! Its really good stuff and I give a bit to my girls aged 10 and 12 who happily have it with a bit of apple juice. I just take it off the spoon and I find it pleasant to take, not like fish oil products I have tried over the years! The very slight 'fishy' taste which is normal from algae has never been a problem for me or my girls and I've never had an aftertaste or burps like I've had from fish oil products.

Great product but be cautious if you have sensitive teeth
This is a great product for those wanting to avoid fish omega oils and after doing a lot of research this brand are the only vegan omega with the highest EPA/DHA that doesn’t contain carrageenan (if you don’t know it’s been linked to negative health effects). My only quarm (I haven’t lowered the stars as I actually think this is a quality product) I have very sensitive teeth ( I mean unusually) and after a month of taking this product my teeth become noticeably more sensitive. I remember reading it contained lemon oil but didn’t think much of it as I thought it must have a small amount but with how my teeth are it triggered a flare up. So because I know I’m probably in a small minority I think this oil is fantastic for those lucky enough to not have tooth sensitivity. There was no fishy taste and the lemon taste was super pleasant and I felt great from the oil itself. I spoke with the owner about this and they were lovely, I have now chosen to use the capsules version which I should have used to start with. Anyway all I would say is if you have tooth sensitivity it’s probably best you have the capsule form of this product which is sold here.

Very high concentration of EPA and DHA, neutral flavour, but expensive if you follow recommendations
Omega 3 from seaweed is preferable to fish sourced, as less processing is necessary, plus, while not strictly vegan, I prefer vegan options, especially, as in this case, it's the better option. Fish get their omega 3 from seaweed anyway, so you're going directly to the source, so to speak. If you eat fatty fish, then my understanding is that it's not clear whether additional omega 3 supplements are beneficial (despite all the claims made), but if like me, you eat no fish, it's probably wise to take a supplement. The typical Uk diet contains too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3. Norsan are a Norwegian company specialising in omega 3 products (interestingly, they sell a kit to test your levels). There don't seem to be any independent analysis of their products, although the same could be said of many other supplements. This contains rosemary extracts and other anti-oxidants to protect it from going rancid, which is a good sign.If you take the recommended 5 ml, this gives you over 4 times the amount of EPA and DHA that you get from many other vegan (made from algae) omega 3 capsules, and you get 20 doses from the bottle, making this a highly concentrated, but also expensive option at about £1 per dose. However, if you take 1.5 ml per day, you'll still get more EPA and DHA than contained in most capsules, and this makes 67 doses, costing a bit under 30 p each. In comparison, 60 capsules from Testa, providing 250 mg DHA and 125 mg EPA, cost 28 p per dose at full price (but only about 24 p with subscribe & save). There's one snag with taking less than the recommended dose, though: once opened, instructions are to keep refrigerated and use within 30 days, so you'd be keeping it more than twice the recommended time. In my experience, these recommendations err well on the side of caution, so it should be fine and unlike with capsules, you can tell if it's gone rancid. If it really only keeps 30 days, then I probably won't buy it again, as simply too expensive. I like the fact that it's easier to swallow than the often large capsules, and I find it tastes of nothing, not at all unpleasant. I couldn't really discern a lemon flavour, but definitely no seaweed taste. Btw, I use a 3 ml syringe to measure out 1.5 ml, which is a bit awkward, as there's plastic insert in the top of the bottle, which I might try and remove.

Great oil!
Has the right amount of DHA, ALA etc.. so hard to find this high quality vegan omega 3 oil with such high levels and it’s great. The price is a bit steep but worth it for the quality. Only 20 servings and I’d rather 30 for the whole months supply. Happy with the product overall, purchased and consumed for 3 months now and will continue.

Highest levels of EPA and DHA for vegans
Honestly don't know how this company do it! Other vegan Omega 3 supplements are so low in EPA and DHA you have to take 3 times the recommended dose to get anywhere near the levels this product provides in a 5ml serve. So as much as it isn't cheap, relative to other products it actually represents great value for money. The taste is absolutely fine too. Marvellous stuff, will be buying on the regular.

Yuck
This is the most disgusting product I have ever tasted. Obviously, we all know that not everything that is good for us, tastes nice, but this is so absolutely disgusting, I’ve only had one dose. I even tried pinching my nose, but nope, it still made me gag! 🤢

Great product but pricey!
Flavour is not strong at all and it is very easy to take. The cap that comes with it is pointless as the liquid sticks to the cap so you are better off using a spoon. I think the price is a bit much as you finish it within the month. Great product but heavy on the pocket as a monthly spend.
