After taking a couple of other products from this range and feeling great, I thought I'd add Neubria Shine into the mix. I've had a lot more going on recently and have felt generally a little more stressed. It's only week 1 of taking these but I would say I feel a little brighter and seem to have a more positive outlook. I love that this product contains Ashwaghanda, Saffron and Tumeric, all of which I've previously taken separately. It's early days adding this supplement into my morning routine but I'm pleased with the results!

Listen. THESE WORK. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Energy drinks don’t work for me as I adhd, tea and coffees both don’t do much for me either, they help me go to sleep. I have needed something to give me a boost before my workout because I really need it and nothing seems to be work or they work short term and I broke intolerant to it, but this (mind you I am only on day one of it) works like a flight 😂😂😂 I felt like I had been side by side with Tony Montana (if you know you know) on that table of his 😂😂! I am definitely going to purchase more!!!!

I am always a bit sceptical about sleep aid but these seem to really work. I've had my first couple of nights without waking up for probably over 3 months. I've been having problems sleeping deep and looks like these work and are helping me to improve sleep quality. My watch also agrees as quality oscillates around 85-100%. Also a decent price for what it is definitely!
