What type of bottle fits? Threaded?

Hi, sorry I couldn't find one, I ended going to my local big store and bought a 10ltr bottle that had to have the neck packed with cardboard. It worked no problem and the pump is still working to this day....2yr every day I use it. I highly recommend and if you get a btl that fits let me know will you thanks.

How do you stop the lick by the sides?

Mine does not leak. Make sure the plastic tube it pushed in tightly

Where can you get a spare pipe from?

If you find it impossible then if I were in your position I'd order the whole lot again take the pipe out and send it back stating parts missing.

Hi rob .... if your asking what bottle it fits in without falling out or off ... I havnt found one yet buuuut I put a piece of draft excluder around the bottom of the machine itself and it fits prefic on a 10ltr water btl . Hope this helps they are brilliant none the less mine is used everyday and it’s still going strong .
