Solid Dummy Knob for the price
This is for the Copper Creek CK2090PB Colonial Door Knob, Dummy Function, 1 Pack, Polished Brass (Overall ratings apply to multiple products on this page - a little annoying).Seems like a solid dummy door knob for the price. This was a replacement for a different, existing knob. The back plate seems like it will make the item durable, but makes installation a little more difficult. The old knob allowed for a slight angle on the screws to make it easier to install around the knob itself. This knob's back plate essentially forces the screw to go straight in and makes it a little harder to screw in. Better for a new application were holes are being created for the first time. Existing holes for this job didn't align to the new knob (too close since previously angled screws). Still made it work and expect this to last for quite some time.

Add/picture doesn't match item-and they keep sending the wrong items.!
DON"T ORDER!!!This is the 4th time we ordered and they screwed it up!!!! We wanted the colonial style-which is flat, they send the ball kind-that is round. A picture will say black and the add says brushed satin (chrome) coloured. Add says they will be Passage doorknobs (that don't lock) and they send us ones that lock!!!!!! soooooooo mad. Amazon even contacted them and told them the problems, they went off the air for a while, so we tried again and still NOT THE RIGHT ITEMS!!!

Works well for our needs
This handle worked well for our purpose. We removed the regular doorhandle and replaced it with a digital keypad. We left our regular double sided deadbolt because the door has glass panels. So one of the deadbolts needed not to be able to turn and open if the glass was broke.It all worked great but we needed a handle to be able to grab onto to pull the door open and closed. This non turning doorhandled did the trick. Just as you see and blends with the existing hardware.
