Great customer service - replaced motor in a week (Free of charge)
I had a great experience with the customer service from NOAEOU. When the motor on my table stopped working, I reached out to them about the issue. They responded quickly and began troubleshooting with me over WhatsApp. Once they determined that the motor needed to be replaced, they promptly sent me a new one free of charge—no questions asked. AWFUL MOTOR.
Absolutely garbage. Don’t waste time on this product. The motor is weak and isn’t able to carry jt own weight.

المكتب ممتاز ولكن وقت ما طلبته كان عليه تركيب مجاني. الغي الطلب بسبب مشكلة في الدفع وطلبته مره ثانية ولكن للاسف بدون تركيب. التركيب متعب شوي ولكن يعتبر مسلي للناس اللي يحبون تجميع قطع الاثاث

تجربتي الأولية للطاولة.
في البداية بتواجه صعوبة بالتركيب بس اتبع التعليمات يلي في الورقة خطوة خطوة، صح انه الطاولة تحتوي على محرك واحد بس صراحة تتحمل أوزان ثقيلة ماشاءالله بدون مشاكل، صوت المحرك خفيف مو عالي واقل ارتفاع يوصله 73 سم واعلى ارتفاع 118 سم، لون الطاولة جميل الصراحة بس انتبه لاتركب عليها قواعد مثلا إضاءة او مايك اذا كان المسمار حاد من فوق بيتجرح معك السطح من الأسفل، انا اتجرح معي مرتين بس تقدر تعالجه بغراء خشب عموما الطاولة نوعها P2 يعني مو أفضل نوع خشب تعتمد عليه لأنه خشب معاد تصنيعه مو خشب فعلي لكن يمشي الحال وعالاقل أفضل من الطاولات الرخيصة يلي ب100 او 200 اكثر شيء اعجبني في الطاولة القواعد جدا جدا قوية، الإطار بالكامل مصنوع من المعدن او الحديد، اما يلي زعلني السطح مو بذيك الجودة وبس.
