Back Brace Lumbar Support with 7 Stays, Blue M

I bought this support after I had problems with my lower back, in particular a bulging disc at L3 and some wear and tear issues. I've been involved in sport my whole life and worked in the ski industry a long time. There is no wonder really. Initially I was using it every time I exercised to support my back, and whilst continuing my rehab exercises. It felt supportive without being overly restrictive. It gave a psychological edge too, just knowing it was there. As things improved I used it less and less and now I only use it on snowboarding trips as an extra layer of support and security. I can wear it the whole day on the mountain without it becoming uncomfortable. Very good value for money and exactly what I needed.

Best brace I've used having tried many and returned them all. Easily adjusted and has good support along the back. It doesn't cure my pain but definitely dials it down to a more bearable level.

I have been poorly awhile including unbearable back pain recently, a mri scan revealed 4 fractured vertibrae and a curvature of the spine. Usually so fit for my age I was struck down with PMR last year the only medication from that was steroids.. hence the fractures. This belt has really helped as it holds my back in place and eases some of the pain so I can hobble around a bit . Although housebound I feel so in debt to this back support and the help it has given me whist waiting to see doctors etc . Highly recommend it and to me worth every penny!

Not my 1st belt. This does the trick for me. Nice even compression all round without cutting me in half so I can wear for hours at a time. Overall it’s just thin enough to sit within my trouser waistband so it doesn’t ride up. I’m M slimish size 32. It took me a while to work out that you need to release the Velcro side straps completely off the belt when you initially put on the belt THEN pull the compression straps across to suit your needs. My only negative is the Velcro on the belt closure itself is too lightweight for the job and it does slowly pull apart after a while if you’re moving about. Not a deal breaker for me this time.

Had a bad back episode this weekend (is there any worse debilitating pain?) and did my research. Needed something in addition to ice and/or heat. I had a back support thing awhile back but you had to be Houdini to get into the thing. Took a shot on this one and WOW, it took all of about 10 seconds to get it on, one waist velcro strap and then one more mini strap on each side to pull, the tighter you pull the more support. I looked at my wife and said "you gotta try this, it's amazing." Great back support and easy to put on, doesn't get any better than that. I considered cancelling my chiropractor appt for tomorrow but will probably still go to get realigned, but I will be wearing this support anytime I feel a back twinge. EDIT after wearing once, I needed to return it, but I bought a large that fits much better. I am male 72 5-8, 168 lbs (I need to lose 10 lbs, who doesn't LOL) waist is about 38-40, I originally bought Medium but the Large fits much better if that helps anyone looking to buy one and unsure of size

Habe hin und wieder eine Blockade am Rücken so dass ich mich nicht mehr richtig aufrecht halten kann. Der Gurt hilft enorm dabei auch bei leichten schmerzen bekommt der Rücken Unterstützung. Dabei ist der Gürtel leicht und angenehm zu tragen ohne dass die Beweglichkeit groß beeinträchtigt wird. Laufe den ganzen Tag damit rum. Im sitzen kann man in schnell lockern dann wieder festziehen ohne Aufwand. Mein erster Rückengürtel ist vom Fachgeschäft, dieser ist genau so gut.
